Vital Resource for New and Existing Teams
My team at a large regional company was in need of a learning tool to build confidence, framework and resilience. Four of six members of our team are new and had worked with the company for two-months or less. While we have an amazing leader, we wanted a build a sustainable and unbreakable team to overcome adversities in a fast-moving industry. We found Unbreakable on the Forbes 5 Team Leadership Books to Read in 2023 article. We have been doing a leadership/team building book club using this book as our guide. The concepts are easy to understand, because the authors placed the reader in real-life scenarios where teams faced adversity and the lessons learned during tough times. My team is better and stronger because of this book. I recommend using this book to build teams in essentially any industry.

There are many books out on building and leading teams but Bradley and Adam have taken it to another level with this book. I highly recommend reading this book to help you and your team learn to be resilient during tough times. The authors have a deep knowledge and expertise in leadership and building solid teams.
