    The book largely consists of one anecdote after another. There are a few interesting ideas in the book, but you have to wade through too many (for my taste) stories to find them. More data, and fewer anecdotes, would have made for a better book. Hard to recommend this one.

    I am a lawyer, mediator and arbitrator, and this book let me understand in a better way, how can I connect with parties and their counselors and have with the a better communication and persuade them about the advantages of the mediation as a way to resolve conflicts in a pacific and negotiated way.

    As a professional artist, I was eager to read this book. I am seriously disappointed, and have abandoned it as a serious waste of my time. While well-written, the the book's approach is simplistic. It is more suited to a middle school reader than an adult.
