This mushroom coffee tastes pretty good with a hint of cocoa & cinnamon. Can drink with hot water as is or add your favorite creamer. It tastes slightly sweetened. There is a little residual grit at the bottom of the mug while drinking it, so you may want to use a mixer or perhaps frother to avoid it. Good price point for mushroom coffee.

    Something has changed about this coffee - I needed 3 packs in order to get a decent taste, that is for a normal mug- estimating 2 cups of water.
    Even with the 3 packs it still tastes somewhat like water.

  • Great for work

    My productivity at the office has really gone up since I started taking a few of these packets with me in the morning. They taste fine and they give sustainable mental energy. I don’t feel jittery with these but I do drink a lot of caffeine so I may have a high tolerance.

  • Don't buy the pods

    I had selected the packets and ended up receiving the pods. They were awful. They kept exploding. I tried the second batch and encountered the same issues. Why send pods when the order was specifically for the packets. This distributor needs to honor what customers are paying for. I can't use the pods and end up cleaning a mess every day. That's not what I paid for. It was a waste of money. I hope the next order comes with the packets per the description on the website.

    I drank my first 2 cups and then I immediately weighed myself, I was 10 lbs lighter lmao!!!! The taste was good and similar to most instant coffee. Its convenient and definitely gives you the energy you need to get yourself started.

    So I tried one packet and started to cough and have difficulty swallowing. I tried to return and was told that it was not returnable so very disappointing after spending that money and getting an allergic reaction after trying it once.

    I don't drink coffee so VitaCup has been a great alternative for me. I love the boost of energy it gives me without keeping me up at night. It also keeps me hydrated!
