User Friendly System
Once we decided a visitor management system would be beneficial to our company, we chose three different brands to take for a test drive. SwipedOn proved to be the most appropriate for our needs, providing us with style and fit, a very easy operating system and it was within our budget. The customer service is personable and friendly, too. We’ve been very happy with our new system and so are our visitors!

Easy to use and great customer service

Very easy & intuitive
Just launched SwipedOn within the last couple of months. Excellent customer support. Responses are fast and reps are very friendly and helpful. The app itself is very clean and easy to use. We evaluated a few different solutions and found SwipedOn is also the most affordable option.

- Great App For Businesses
  We recently launched SwipedOn to replace our paper books for tracking employees and visitors when they enter and leave our facility. We have around 70 employees using it and have been averaging around 8 visitors per day. The app is incredibly easy to use and oftens plenty of opportunities to customize what information you want to collect. I really like the way the app automatically generates a visitor badge with name, company, and photo and sends it to the printer, and it will even send an email notification to the host to let them know that their visitor has arrived. Our HR group loves the "Evacuation Mode", which helps quickly identify everyone that is in the building and allows them to be checked in as "Safe" once they have left the building in the event of an emergency.
