  • Must Have for Workouts

    These squat wedges are great addition to your home gym. I have heel elevated squats in my workout routine to focus on quads. I used to use books or other elevated surfaces to elevate my heels but it didn’t provide much stability and wasn’t optimal. These wedges provide good stability and make it so much easier to focus on the form as opposed to constantly trying to not fall over. I also use it to stretch calves and as support when doing lunges. Overall, it’s a great purchase. It doesn’t take much space, easy to store and is very useful.

  • Can adjust the incline

    These are a really cool tool to help with stretching and working out. This comes with a bag to store the blocks in, and you can lower/raise the incline by putting them together. They fit together nicely and do not wobble. They are very sturdy, I've used them multiple times with no damage. I like that it comes with some ideas for how to use them for stretching/exercising. I do a lot of video work outs, and these are perfect for inclined weight lifting as well as stretching out your quads/calves. No complaints.

  • Very lightweight but effective.

    I love stretching with these wedge blocks. The included exercise cards were somewhat helpful. Everything fits back into the bag when it’s time to put them away. A bit slippery in socks, but works well with shoes. Slowly helping my plantar fasciitis flare ups.

  • Simple, but good stretch

    These wedge blocks do the job they are meant to. You can either use both of the low ones side by side for a useful calf stretch, or double them into one with the 3rd wedge being the equivalent, which so far I find too high for me. I have used the 2 lower to also do your standard fingers to the ground standing stretch, which using these definitely showed me that one t-band (outside of leg connected to the kneecap surround) is tighter than the other leg t-band. There’s also a no stretch strap for stretching and some exercise cards to use them.

  • Great quality

    I have tried a few different squat wedges in the past but these are by far my favorite. They are made of high-quality materials and are very durable. The angle is perfect for a deep squat and for my stratching, and I have noticed a significant improvement in my form since starting to use them. The silicone pads on the bottom keeps them in place whike during my lifts and other workouts and I feel confident in my movements. I would highly recommend these wedges to anyone looking to improve their squat and stretch!

    Allows me a really deep squat. Great stretching of the hamstrings and calves. Challenges deadlifts. I love these things. Oh and they don't slide.

  • Great way to strech your calf muscles

    As a runner I like to use these for my warm up. They are sturdy and solid. You can adjust the height . They fit together well. I like the carry bag. It keeps everything together and easy to store or take along when I'm running different trails.

    These wedge blocks seem to be made out of a very sturdy foam, so they are SUPER lightweight. They do seem pretty strong, and so far have held up very well. They come with cards to show you how to use them, and some suggested exercises. It also includes a strap for stretching and other exercises. I'm still learning the different ways to use them, but so far, they seem great!

  • High quality squat wedges

    This slant board is amazing. I decided to order these adjustable slant boards to help me stretch my calves and to integrate them into my workouts. These slant boards are very high quality and do not slip which is very important. I have only been using these slant wedges for a few weeks and have already noticed improvement in my squat form. I can squat heavier and lower thanks to these slant boards. Overall I highly recommend these slant boards over the wooden kind.

    The quality of the wedges appears to be outstanding, demonstrating robust craftsmanship. I acquired them to augment my ankle flexibility while doing lunges and squats. They've turned out to be the ideal complement to my home gym's squat rack. I regularly integrate these wedges into my barbell squat exercises to lift my heels. When it comes to deadlifts, I use the wedges in reverse to raise my toes/front part of my feet, ensuring my heels remain firmly planted. I believe I've made a wise selection in these wedges for both my barbell squats and deadlifts
