From the app, there is zero instructions on how to use this
Stay away even if you donโt have stripe connected to any services they continue to chat you monthly
Iโm very disappointed in this app! I work for Turno, took me two weeks to get my paycheck! It should be 3 to 5 business days not 16 business days!๐ก
After switching to stripe to utilize ACH transactions we processed two charges that the company then decided to cancel our account because the business โwas too high riskโ now.. unfortunately 1000โs of other businesses that do business consulting, web development, graphic design and many other services do use the platform without issue.
After sending in invoice proof, tax EIN, monthly banking statements and even a DBA for our brand name Commission Based Marketing, they refused to allow us to transact stating that they would be refunding the money only if there was available funds. This is concerning since the amount transferred is less the 2.9 % feeโฆ so not sure if Stripe is just now withholding the money for ever in the amount of 5,000 plus dollars from clients who already had service rendered.
We will be filing reports with the following entities:
Infusionsoft as brand partnership that is in Beta for using Stripe ACH-
Attorney generals office
Federal Trade Commission
BBB
And will be taking this to as many News outlets as possible to ensure the rest of the consumer market knows how shady this company really is.
As someone who fought for this country.. I can tell you, our corporation that is 100% legit is not riskyโฆ

Do not use stripe
They charge your tenant 2.9% +30 cents per credit card transaction without warning. There is no contact number to speak to a representative. Then when you message them it takes a minimum 48 hrs for a reply. That reply is incredibly uninformed. They will tell you a million things to include the issue is another companies fault.
Also, never set up a charge from Keycheck thru stripe. They will charge the tenant an application AND convenience fee without disclosing to the purchaser ahead of time.

Do not use this service they will steal your $$$ by saying your account is under review & give no explanation for it. They are holding over $30,000 of our businesses money
I have been trying now for 3 days to get someone to respond to me. When I enter my email address it automatically asks for a verification code from a phone number that I do not own. I have never used this app before so unsure how this number is tied to my email. No one is available to respond via email. There are no customer service numbers to call. This is the poorest level of service imaginable.

They are thieves!!! They are holding almost $2000 of my money! They will not release it to me for three months. I have never had a refund or a dispute, but they want to keep that money just in case! I am going to be following legal charges against them!

Use another payment provider. I collected some subscriptions from my blog website, then all of a sudden one day they said my account is restricted. I went and looked at their restrictions list and my business doesnโt apply to a single one. Then, after an appeal they decided to still ban my account with no explanation. Terrible service.
The worst possible company to ever deal with. I got locked out of my account and they did nothing to help me. I reached out numerous times and received one response which was to submit my license ( which I did ) and I have heard nothing back. I have emailed them at least 5 times after and still nothing. The lack of communication is unbelievable. I will never ever ever ever recommend this company to any business.

The app is very good but it would be better if User can use more than one account.
