  • Buy a different device or brand

    I received the device yesterday. The device does not maintain the flow of power for more than two minutes at a time before the switch gets thrown and the device ceases to function. I have tried multiple outlets, and multiple locations, and the device fails completely to pull power off US 110-120v, and charge 220-240v devices effectively. All instructions were followed completely, and I am sure it is not due to operator error.

  • Not for EU use!

    Product is supposed to be a step up/down transformer for 220-120 but has a US plug. I used a converter to plug it in and it in a german building with standard EU plugs and it immediately threw the breaker. Repeatedly. Other transformers with higher voltage do not, so its not the wiring, its the appliance.

    Its completely unusable but i have packaging to return it and its too heavy to pay shipping on. So im stuck with it as an expensive door stop.

  • Now I can use my microwave

    Helped me to be able to use my microwave from Europe. Great device!

    The only thing was that the instructions were a bit unclear and I had to fiddle around with it before I understood how to make it work.

  • Beware! Don’t waste your money like I did!!!

    I bought two of these to bring with me on an African assignment. Both arrived well packaged. I opened the shipping box just to inspect for obvious damage, which there wasn’t any. Just received my sea shipment last week. Took them both out of the packaging - the insides were sliding around on one of them and the 110/220 volt selector was broken. I hoped the second one would work. Plugged it in, and nothing! Luckily I can buy them here, but I’m out >$200 and have to buy more expensive ones here. UGH!

  • Exactly what I needed

    My first experience purchasing an amplifier from Europe. Specifically Germany. I knew the plug would be different I figured I could just swap it out and be done. Wasn't paying attention to the different voltage rating. LOL lesson learned. So luckily from a phone call to an amp repair place, I was told there was a relatively inexpensive converter gadget I could find on Amazon. This thing is perfect. I thought I was going to have to spend hundreds of dollars swapping out parts in the amp to have it Americanized. So click click, 40 bucks and a day later, we are powered up and rockin !
