  • Don’t waste your time

    Terrible and not optimized for the app. Even the moderators say they prefer the web version. It’s unbearable. Also, rival mods can’t give any “inside scoop” for football that you can’t find on the internet or twitter.

    You can’t see or use the user profile, messages, notifications or search tabs at the top of the right side of the banner. I have resorted to using the web version. Hope this is fixed bc it is a deal breaker.

    It’s a sad day when 90% of your subscribers used safari or chrome over using your app. Please get with the 21st century and upgrade notifications for certain insiders posting and a UI we can actually use. Don’t download this app. Just use your browser

  • Rivals site is problematic

    Recently, the site continues to not recognize my membership. I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled it to no avail. I can’t access the link to plug in my user name or password. Very frustrating for about s the past two weeks.

    This is by far the worst app on IOS backed up by Yahoo “customer support”. Almost impossible to make improvements when you make it impossible for anyone to contact you.

    Only functional part of the app is the message board. None of the content items from the main page are visible. If you try to access them from links on the message board it just says “oops we fumbled”.

  • App is not user friendly

    This app is not user friendly. Very hard to find content and where is the list to see about players? The layout need fixing. I use to really like rivals but dont ever use them anymore because of how bad the app is...

    I’ve had a subscription for many years and the app is a constant frustration. Lots of bugs and crashes, and not much updating or attention paid to usability.

  • Seems to not include all features my subscription entitles me to

    I don’t have access to the rivals 250 or any team rankings, solely content from my favorite team (which is great content). I just wish it was more inclusive of all the things I am paying for with my rivals subscription
