Battery doesn’t last
The battery doesn’t last long at all. Has to be plugged in to last for any length of sleep. Not a great portable choice. Other better options out there we stopped using ours

Great for the money.
Good battery life, different options for sounds, very portable. Does the job and great for the money. I will say, I don't think it serves to cover up noise in a room (for instance, if I am talking privately in a room, someone outside the room may be able to hear what i am saying) but it works great as background white noise to help with calming and falling asleep.

Defective
I must’ve gotten a defective one. We have had this sound machine for four months and only used it for two since my baby was born in February. It will randomly not allow me to turn it off so I have to unplug it and plug it back in, which restarts the settings then last night for the first time it just shut off on its own in the middle of the night. Luckily it didn’t wake my baby up!!

Died after Using Less than 10 Times
Loved it while it worked. Unfortunately it has died already. Absolutely worthless, total waste of money!

Quality Product for a Good Price
Easy to set up, note that you have to use a usb charger to power on. It does come with a USB-cable, but not the plug in adapter. Overall, a clean design, although the ring around the top layout for functions and timer is perhaps not the best. Sound quality is great. Aside from the location of the controls, my only other criticism is the timer options of only 6 or 8 hours. It would have been better to have shorter duration options to use for naps. Otherwise a good product at a good price.

Worked for a few days and never again
You run the risk of this thing totally dying on you if you buy it. It’s too bad because it’s made with quality plastics and seems durable. But then it wasn’t.

Stopped working after 5 months
I really loved this product until it stopped working. I used it for a trip in December and it was great. I purchased it because it was rechargeable, small and easy to pack. I love the different options, everything is easily understandable and clear on the options. I feels like a quality product but obviously still has some issues because my experience is pretty common per the other reviews.

Has bugs
Something wrong with the power connection. You have to unplug it and replug sometimes cause it like goes dead and won’t work. Should of returned it but I kept it my closet a few months before opening. The older models with a normal plug much better.

Good, not great
Very portable, convenient. Volume doesn’t go as high as I like. However, still use it on vacations.

Short battery life
I have several similar white noise machines. I bought this for USB-C charging. It only supports lower voltage and does not work with all chargers like most devices. Short battery life at 6 hours. That is much worse than my other devices. Sounds good but battery is terrible.

Does not include USB power adaptor
I have used this device at work and love it. I recently purchased one for home use and was disappointed to find that there was no USB power adaptor included in the package, just the device and a USB cable. The product should come ready for use and the consumer should not be responsible to provide the power adaptor to make the product work.

We adore this sound machine….BUT- UPDATE 4/7/23
I bought one just over 4 years ago for our first kid. It is AMAZING. The volume control is great, the available sound options are wonderful, and it’s easy to travel with. The one we are using has lasted for over 4 years and I just bought a new one to replace it. We even bought a second one for our second child.
It’s a great little sound machine for a great price. I’d love to get the travel cube next to see how that works.
UPDATE 4/7/23: I changed my review because the one I bought for my daughter a couple years ago is now unusable. We’re having the same problem that we did with the first- the charge port is crap and became dislodged so easily. It no longer works- at all. This one has only been around for 2 years and it sits on a dresser and plays noise at night. The charge port should not be so weak if that’s all the machine is going to do.

Big value in small package
Love this sound machine! Very compact, so easy for travel, but very good quality of sound. Easy to recharge, simple button controls, and good variety of sounds & volume levels. Oh.... and has done a great job helping with sleep.

Great sound and timer options. I think I would have given it 5 stars if it was wireless with a rechargeable battery.
