A lot of work goes towards day-to-day operations as a real estate agent, and there's not a lot of time left to manage my social media presence. The book is just a sales tool to get you to buy 2 more packages sold on his site. 1 is 365 cut and paste social media posts for $67 and another course that is 4 payments of $67. I respect the hustle but I’ve seen this too many times.
If you are a real estate agent or have any involvement in the real estate arena, this book is worth it for your business. It is a winner when it comes to making that connection to potential clients. The author has available, 365 social media marketing posts for every day of the year. You can easily copy and paste them right into your social media page,saving time and money. In social media marketing, a photo ad always outperforms a post that only contains text. The author, an experienced digital marketing expert says it’s easier to attract clients than it is to chase them. So, if you don’t want to take advantage of the 365 social media posts already done for you, he recommend s using Canva. Canva is a free software design platform.

There are also 100 home seller tips in this book (curb appeal comes first, reseal your driveway, clean the bathroom from top to bottom, don’t forget landscaping, clean the garage and basement). These could easily be posted online as “Home Buyer (or Seller) Tip Of The Day.”

As with any posting online, there is no need to post every day; potential clients will start clicking “Unsubscribe.” Quality is better than quantity. It is also acceptable to, occasionally, post something that has nothing to do with real estate, like a humorous meme or video.
This book does an excellent job of exploring possible social media posts about real estate. It is very much worth reading.
Social media ideas were okay - but content is not what I would want to share with my sphere and clients
There are so many good topics expressed in this book. Several of these things I know realtors don’t utilize that they really should. To be honest it’s hard to make it in any industry without some sort of social media presence or guidance. The competition I had in my hometown could not be considered competition because they all but refused using the social media platforms and that is just not something you can do in this day and time. Adapt and overcome or be phased out. If they’re trying to cater to a certain age group or preference, then their methods work fine but most seekers are looking on social media. If you’re looking for assistance in building your social media presence, then this is the book for you. It has given me quite a few ideas about what to post on social media. Appearance is key and some of us need help with that, me included. There are so many other things that are brought up in this book that I have never even thought to consider. I am appreciative for the opportunity to learn and grow myself from this book and if you too are wanting to advance or even start your social media presence then this book is what you need to get asap. It is such a great resource to go after when your imagination isn’t at its best and gives you plenty of ideas to help jumpstart that.

Making reels and stories to showcase the properties we have for sale is a great idea, as is to interact with potential clients via social media, especially if you go live on Facebook or Instagram. Additionally, it contains a lot of great ideas that you can copy and paste into the footer of your social media posts to engage with our clients. This book has allowed me to increase my online presence and clientele.
