  • Super easy to install and works great!

    I was able to install this in less than 5 minutes (after soaking the filter). The water coming out of it no longer smelled or tasted like chlorine

    Easy simple design, no left over after taste almost like pure mountain spring water,, get it near freezing and it does resemble pure spring water.

  • It leaks and one of the filters was already opened!

    When I opened the box, I saw that one of the two filters had already been cut out of it wrapping. One of the adapters was missing as well as a ring to put in the adapter. When I got the whole thing installed, it leaks from the top. Sprays from several angles, no matter how tightly we adjust it. Not happy with this filter!

  • It's Pure simple

    2-min to set up. Pros wife loves the taste compared to our old kitchen sink filter. Cons: comes with just 1-filter be sure to buy extra.

  • Not stainless steel !

    The ad is misleading. The product is not made of stainless steel but metallic coated white plastic. The box is labelled "stainless style". I paid more fore this product than the ones labeled plastic as the plastic ones i bought previously cracked. There is a "fine line" between tight enough not to leak and cracking the plastic.
