Not sturdy
Great value for what it is supposed to do.
It’s a thin plastic casing that gets affixed.
If I knew that, I may not have gotten it.
I’ll keep it because I bought lots of refills for it, but it won’t be the final solution.

Save your money. Terrible! The water come extremely slow. I found myself changing the filter once a week.
It took 20 min to fill up a gallon jug.
I decided to throw it out and get something else.

The filter is not engaging-missing gasket
The last one I purchased from here all of the sudden started having incredible water pressure when filtering water. I found a little gasket floating at the bottom of the housing. I figured it did it’s job and ordered another one. It did the same. So I got a 3rd one, and it i s not a charm.
Water tastes like the tap, and the tea pot is getting major hard water deposits.

Unusuable - O ring to small
Both FM350V and the newer FM3700 are trash builds. I don't think I've spent more mental and emotional energy trying to get a plumbing add-on to work. For the FM3700, the issue is that the o-ring is too small to prevent leaking out the top. It's unfortunate because PUR water filters NSF 401 which isn't common on tap filters.

I love how this filter connects. The Brita filter I had before had to be screwed on. This one snaps in place and comes with an extra filter. The white one did anyway.

Bitter Taste
Super easy installation. I have old galvanized pipes and city tap water. With this I don’t see the orange color from the galvanized pipes, but I still wait a few moments before filling my water bottle to be safe.

The taste of the water is incredibly bitter. I’m not sure if there are still harmful contaminates in the water because of this taste.

I feel safe drinking my water!!
I feel good drinking my water from the PUR Plus filter! It works. I bought this Pur filter Faucet Mount Water Filtration System that comes with two mineral core filters. I am someone who drinks a lot of water daily, and you know how dangerous tap water can be. This core filter lasts me for months.

Easy simple design, no left over after taste almost like pure mountain spring water,, get it near freezing and it does resemble pure spring water.

It leaks and one of the filters was already opened!
When I opened the box, I saw that one of the two filters had already been cut out of it wrapping. One of the adapters was missing as well as a ring to put in the adapter. When I got the whole thing installed, it leaks from the top. Sprays from several angles, no matter how tightly we adjust it. Not happy with this filter!

They keep breaking
Great water items but they last maybe 6 months and tend to crack on the twist portion. My last one was the Chrome version and just stopped lighting up after 5 months or so. Don't give up on the cheap white one just remove what is on the end of your water spout and use the included adapter to attach the dispenser on your's.
