  • Great app, but you can’t set your buy in — it’s all in or nothing

    Love the app and everything about it apart from the fact that there’s no way of managing your chips. If you lose an all in, you’ve lost your entire chip stack and can’t play for several days until they find some way to give you free chips or otherwise you have to buy them. I’m sure it’s a great revenue model, but makes it little more than a game.

  • Great game let down by poor connection issues

    A great game, easy to use, and not subject to masses of popups every time you log on. It is, however, badly let down by a constant loss of connection in the middle of a hand which you subsequently lose. Losing a connection is not something I am familiar with as I have a 150Mbps fibre connection directly to the premises and I have a great 5G mobile connection.

  • Don’t buy chips it’s a con

    Every time I buy chips I lose faster than I ever have. Bonuses never get paid I have to complain constantly to get what I am due and then I only get a token 5000 despite being due 150,000 . I am currently not receiving the daily bonus I.e it comes up as crediting but actually doesn’t. I love playing this game but I am not spending anymore on it. There are too many bots and too much of bonus’ failures.

  • Watch for Bots

    If you read the Terms and Conditions it states that Poker Heat does use bots. It also states that the bots will behave like a poker player but be advised bots do have access to the cards you hold. They are very easy to spot. Their stats state in the region of Hands Won 35% and Aggression Frequency 26%. Their Level is usually in the 40s however they have no rings in their legacy. Strange that! Read this quickly, it may be removed. Good luck, you will need it!

  • Rigged?

    Started off really good and I was getting the best hands. Then suddenly everyone was getting better hands. One guy got 3 straights in a row! And then next turn the other guy gets a straight. I think they purposely make you win at the start to get you hooked and then make you lose so you buy chips.
