The book offers the best of the teaching of people who train NLP for decades and who were learning from one of the best NLP teachers out there, Steve Andreas.
It takes time and lots of effort to understand NLP and learn it well. There are many manuals and books but hardly any organised in a manner that is so easy to understand.
What I love about this book is the authors' humour and tons of exercises - almost on every third page you will find one based on which you can grasp the concept really well.
If you are starting with NLP or if you struggle to understand and deploy what you have learned in the NLP Practitioners or even Master Practitioners courses, this is a super easy to read handbook that will shed light on anything you missed or were not clear about.
And if you are a seasoned NLP professional like me, who uses and teaches the concepts for years, you will find it a refreshing overview full of inspiration and great practical tips.
Very much recommend.
My physical therapist recommended NLP and this book came up as the highest rated. Concise, easy to digest, would highly recommend. I told him about this edition and he purchased a copy as well. Quick prompt service
I couldn't get through the first 10 pages. I know there is substance here but I literally feel dumber reading what he writes. His tone is like a little boy who discovered a new toy. It is making my brain hurt. I hate hate hate books on technical subjects where the author feels the need to tell me their life story.
In the first 10 pages he makes broad assumptions about his reader, which by the way were not accurate. I wanted to like this book, I wanted to read this book. For me to read this book it is like Chinese torture. Most everyone can write, but not everyone is really good at it.
I realize over 600 people positively reviewed this book. It doesn't change my opinion that he is not a good writer. I'll glean more information about NLP from a more professional source.
The 21-Day Guide is an awesome and thorough exercise for setting goals and thinking hard about your current and future life.
Easy language so I can understanding everything as a person who just starting study NLP. I haven't done yet but I still learning everyday with this book. The price is cheap so benefit is a lot.
Iâve read other books on NLP before but none that was as clear, concise, relatable and actionable as this one. Itâs not written like an encyclopedic entry on the topic, but more like a practical user guide. I feel empowered to use NLP techniques to improve my life and business after only the first few chapters. And better yet itâs actually a compelling and enjoyable read.
The authors teach using ordinary life examples to apply NLP
You will learn an easy technique to enter in the "Zone "
The first half of the book was great and the techniques can be used for any sort of problem. However, most of the issue examples were work related. While work is a big chunk of adult life, it is not the only chunk. I would have appreciated more variation in the examples. Also, it just briefly touched on toxic people. Most of these techniques work with your average person with logic or reason, who it is possible to build a relationship with, but not with narcissists or other toxic people.
Maybe I have heard so much over the years that this turned out so boring to me. I wanted to love it since I've heard so much about NLP and wanted to try it. It just sounds like positive thinking to me... but then again, maybe I didn't get as far in the book to get to the good content.
I own a couple of books on NLP, most follow the same script - and honestly start to get boring to follow. Not this one. The author just makes things more interesting and you "want" to continue. Good book!

These elderberry gummies provide immune support with a pleasant fruity flavor. They are easy to consume and offer a good dose of zinc and elderberry. Despite some issues with packaging, the product is highly effective in boosting the immune system. The gummies are soft and do not have a bitter aftertaste. Overall, they are a great daily supplement for maintaining a strong immune system.
