I feel like this app is rigged!!
How is it that when shoes drop at 7am and I buy them right at 7am you leave my order pending to verify if you have my size and by 7:05 everything is sold out. Either it’s rigged or you guys are letting alot of bots on your app.

I ordered shoes from this app and my shoes never came… it said it got delivered but I never received anything they are scammers don’t buy from this app you will get scammed

Where is Apple Wallet support?
The Nike app used to allow me to add my Nike pass QR code to Apple Wallet. Very unfortunately this feature seems to have been removed. It is a real pain to have to open the app (especially when it logs you out), click Profile, then click Pass when buying something in store. Please reinstate true Apple Wallet support. Your App Store listing still says you support it, but apparently not.

they run through FedEx which is the worst delivery company out there. There packages are always late and never on time. I’m never ordering again.

There’s not a lot of shoes
I love the app I love the shoes but they don’t have a very wide selection besides the popular ones they don’t have any 4s barely any 13s they don’t have alot of 11s they don’t even have alot of dunks for big kids. If u like popular shoes then this app is definitely for u

Error in the application
I go to the app, writes that I need to update it, I go to the App Store, but there is no update

App won’t let me sign in
I’ve tried to sign in to the app for a couple months now and every time I put sign in info in it takes me back to original sign in.

Issues logging in
Everytime i go to login on the app it immediately goes back to sign up or login screen. When i use the website i can login but i cant add anything to my bag. Ive tried my computer and my phone neither work.

Why need new system version
A store app need new system version, I cannot install

Good for shopping but sometimes annoying
I prefer the Nike website but this is handy. Only issues are the notification badges often show high numbers and only 1 or 2 unread messages, and the worst is the availability of sizes can lag the shopping cart- you think something is available in your size and then get stupid warnings when you open the cart. This can go on for days. Nike, can’t you fix this?

Bad UI and Asks for Phone Passcode
I never shopped Nike before, so I am coming from a fresh perspective. Someone gave me a gift card and I figured I’d give the app a try. It was not a good experience.
1. It requires you to log in with an email (no guest option).
2. It won’t let you pick your color, only size (at least I couldn’t figure out how, maybe you click on the picture).
3. On the privacy side, the app asks for location services, bluetooth, notifications. Those are ok, but then it asked for my FaceID or phone Passcode. I stopped right there and deleted the app. You don’t need my phone Passcode Nike.
