NordVPN.
I love NordVPN. Works on windows perfectly. Some sites won’t allow vpn connections, and my latest Apple iPad 11” pro, won’t use sometimes, and I simply pause NordVPN on those occasions and then restart it.

It’s good when it works
I wish it wouldn’t just disconnect at random with no notice. Why don’t you guys add the kill switch like on desktop? This is the reason why I’m switching to the free version of Proton.
Reply: Yes it persists! This isn’t an issue with me! This has been a part of your stupid app for years! Fix it!!!

Worked on and off for 30 days but now that’s its past the refund period it’s a 0% success rate. Waste of $75

Haven’t been able to use the vpn for 6+ months
I have a 2 year sub. However can’t ever use it. It never wants to connect and when it has connected in the past, the connection jumps in and out so your rarely protected. The longest I was protected for that I’ve tracked was actually 48 hours. Then it cutts off shortly. It messes up your cellular data too. Makes your phone paralyze and not accessible unless I completely delete nord off my phones existence. It’s not like I can get my money back either unfortunately. I wish I could for somthing that I can’t physically use. It also always tells me on the app that there’s an “error on their end” and to check back later. Well time passes and there’s still an error. Because it hasn’t been beneficial for me, I’d have to give it a low rating.

It’s a VPN
Nothing special it’s a VPN that does it’s Job. It’s worth it when it’s on discount but a VPN over $70 isn’t worth, it there are cheaper options for the same thing.

OK on iPhone, iPad, Linux. Buggy on Mac
NordVPN works pretty well on the iPhone and the iPad and very well on linux but the macOS version was obviously an afterthought. It's buggy and constantly crashes. I wish they would make a stable CLI version for macOS like they did with linux or at least fix the app so it's more reliable like on the iPhone and iPad.

Unstable and problematic
It doesn’t allow hotspot when having it installed. It also does not connect at my workplace and I have investigated it with the team and was useless.
My biggest bothering is that it doesn’t allow other phones to connect to my phone.

Simply put, this app is not worth it if they do not fix the connection issues. There is no point in paying for a VPN if it disconnects you and doesn’t even notify you, the bare minimum. Only two stars so that the play store actually shows it.

Was working excellent.
The Latest update won’t download plus it shuts down the app leaving my device unprotected. When i cancel the update download attempt, it won’t reconnect advising me that I’m offline . Had to restart my iPad to be able to get the app to work again. I Also Tried it on my iPhone 11 and had the same issues . I don’t trust this update enough to try the download on my business phone.

Bad time to Download
I use NordVPN on Linux and Windows with much success. However upon signing in on iOS an error occurs and says it is on NordVPN’s end. Hope it will be fixed soon.

Software issues
Unless you use VPN sites in the united states, many websites will block you if you try to login from a VPN it outside the country. It’s getting to the point where I have to shut off Nord too often.

Doesn’t work with streaming services.
Nord VPN doesn’t work with any of the streaming services I tried, cyber ghost does work.

Hinders WIFi connection
I utilized this app for one month. The instructions are a bit confusing. Not very user friendly. My other concern is when I did not continue my subscription,I noticed my Wi-Fi would not connect to my phone. I talked to my cellular and Wi-Fi company for over two hours. We figured out that the VPN app had configured some thing with the Wi-Fi. Once I deleted the VPN app from my phone, Wi-Fi, worked again. This app should not have any access to configuration of your Wi-Fi in this way. This is troublesome as for nothing in the purchase agreement says that if you do not continue the subscription that it will block your Wi-Fi for all apps and all usage on your phone until you delete app from your phone. ( I was going to keep VPN app on phone to later subscribe for another future use for a international trip. But now I will not use this app.)

Problems As soon as I bought a year plan!
I was paying on a monthly basis in the beginning ,to see if any issues were going to arise and it worked fine. But since I purchased a year of service now the NordVPN keeps pausing on my device, turns it self off and the IP address changes on its own, my phone will stop working through this, regardless if I’m listening to music, on social media or texting bc of the pause or
change. It happens everyday multiple times. I will not waste another penny on this when my yearly plan it over.

This is terrible customer service
I can get into my phone with a password but not my computer. It doesn’t show up in my apple subscriptions so I can’t cancel that way, I’ve tried to cancel from my phone. I haven’t used in at least 5 months since it actually hinders my accessing anything including google search for a bird or flower?
I can’t get the password reset to send me a link to cancel, Delaware phone number that immediately hangs up, NYC address, no support emails get answered.
This customer service is terrible, I’ve been trying to cancel for at least a month before the renewal date and you didn’t cancel. Super shady business practices…..

Steep decline
Been a Nord subscriber for years, but recent service issues and sloppy technical support has convinced me to try something else. A personal VPN has become a necessity. This ain't it anymore.

This company its a Scam , because i buy subscription fir 1 year i used for least to 6 months and now requires a new subscription and doesn’t have any fisical customer servive or any number to call not recommended this App
