  • VPN didn’t connect and signed in to get help . But the on line helper didn’t understand

    The on line help didn’t understand my questions about the VPN not connecting.
    Spam keeps coming . I had other questions and the digital assistant wasn’t helpful.

    This is too hard to install. You have to go to too many places and install too many pieces. Then my password worked one time. After that I kept getting the message to check my password and it would not work. I do not like this program and do not want to use it!

    The poorest support I have ever used. If you do get to a person good luck with understanding them. All he wanted to do was send me the instructions on how to add and setup my devices while I kept trying to explain I had been thru all he kept sending me. All this was after letting him know I had screenshots of all the errors that had accumulated and I had forwarded them to him at MALWAREBYTES: this is when it got nasty, he said he didn’t have time to deal with my issue and hung up on me.
    THIS REVIEW IS MY HANGING UP ON MALWAREBYTES FOR GOOD AFTER PAYING FOR A PROFESSIONAL 2 year subscription.

  • Can’t run a scan!

    This appears to be a scam, on my computers you run regular scans and I can run scans when I want. Can’t find that on this app. You got about 2 days to get this information to me before I cancel this and the one that covers my PCs. Have a good night and look forward to seeing your response Tomorrow!

    So far I like it but still . Have to finish it to get installed , and I don’t known what to do. No one has time to help me do it . I am 74 and I am trying to get it I read it over and over. Do I need to down load .Dash board I can’t find it anywhere. My free trail will be done be for I get on it Sorry

    It blocks the content but not the box the content was located. So I get big boxes at the top of the websites that scroll with you and it makes it hard to read and look at pictures.

    I used this program 1 day. Nothing but time consuming ending in complete chaos. Would not recommend!
