  • Broek besteld, past niet, zou enkel recht op tegoedbon hebben..

    Broek besteld (Callum Jeans) welke niet past naar behoren. Achter bij knieholte zat de broek te los, dat kan gebeuren, geen probleem.. Echter krijg ik na retourzending een mail dat ik geen recht heb op cash-back omdat ik het tijdens een sale gekocht zou hebben. Dat laatste is pertinent niet waar, sterker nog, dit model is pas net te koop. Daarnaast is ICON bij wet verplicht om geld retour te geven, daar het een aankoop via internet is. Via de financiele afdeling heb ik mijn geld terug gestort gekregen. Ik ben benieuwd hoeveel klanten er in trappen en akkoord gaan met een tegoedbon. Ik zou zeggen buyer beware... Ik koop in ieder geval uit principe niets meer bij ze.

    Ich bin sehr unzufriedern, kein Kundenservice den man telefonisch erreichen kann.Zudem dann die Erfahrung.der erste Umtausch war nur gegen Gutschein. Der Zweite Umtausch ist nach 14 Tagen immer noch nicht eingetroffen. Sehr lange und schlechte Bearbeitung der Retoure.Kaufe da nichts mehr, passform ist nur fĂźr superschlanke :-(

    My order came fast. The clothes look nice and feel great.Remarks:- The voco trousers' snit is not really steady. - There is just 1 length optional, If you are 10centimers shorter than the model on the website, all trousers are less stretchy when wearing. Mind this before ordering.

    Bonjour, je viens de recevoir l’échange de taille de ma deuxième commande. Malheureusement ça ne va pas, je pense que cela viens de la cope et de la ceinture qui devrait être plus élastique. La ceinture va mais le reste est trop grand ma taille est M et si la ceinture des pantalons étaient plus élastique ca fonctionnerait. Par ailleurs les couleurs ne me conviennent pas. Je vais donc à regrets vous retourner ces deux articles en vous demandant le remboursement à réception.

  • Ik geef het een 2 ik heb een week geleden besteld en betaald maar door vertragingen niks ontvangen

    Ik geef het een 2 sterren omdat ik erg baal over hoe ze ten werk gaan met mijn als klant ik heb voor meer als.100euro aan kleding besteld waardoor ik de huis nummer ben vergeten naar een dag kreeg ik een antwoord dat er geen huis nummer is ingevuld met dat ik het adres en opnieuw met het nummer naar ze kan sturen gingen ze het voor me opnieuw in het systeem zetten ik krijg daarna me Track and Trace met de bestelling dat het niet kon verzonden kon worden omdat het nummer niet is aangegeven ik worstel erg veel met het regelen van mijn bestelling en krijg geen contact te hebben met Icon Amsterdam! Baal.er erg van hoop dat geld niet weg is heb het niet breed met me geld 💸
