The IKEA app receives mixed reviews, with some praising its convenience, selection, and ease of use, while others criticize its search function, slow loading times, and lack of instructions for some products. However, many users appreciate being able to view items in AR or 3D, and some feel that IKEA's furniture is well-made and easy to assemble. The app has some technical issues, such as slow Apple Pay processing and difficulty returning defective products.

I would like the ability to purchase items individually and not just pre-determined sets if I want a different combination of items for my “custom set”
I love looking at all the stuff I can buy! I also like seeing it in AR and as 3D.
I’m a YouTuber and the furniture is a 10/10 no doubt about it 😤
Really like the convenience
App does what is supposed to do without crashing all the time. The search feature works well.
The app is t intuitive and will not allow you to back out of menus or easily cancel missteps.
Really like a lot of things from IKEA. We have lived overseas several times and when we found the IKEA near us they were our go to place for shopping. The furniture that we assemble goes together perfectly each time and is very well made.
Whether in store or in your car the IKEA app gives you the best experience. And be sure to check it out for super savings! The refrigerator I was looking at in store was $200 cheaper on the app!
Is amazing
Its almost impossible to return anything bought online even defective products, you have to return products in person even though the store is hundreds of miles away
Use amazon, wayfair, target or walmart … waaaay better and more reliable for online purchases
Apple Pay works slowly, when I try to choose other payment method, the app does not allow to add the card.
Very hard to figure out real help in customer service
Fantastic app easy to use
Is a really good app but I would like then to add something else which is how to see the items on place with the phone cámara. That’s why I’m giving them 4 starts.
Love ilkea
I can’t find the Boaxel pieces that I want to put in my design. I wanted the 49” and the 32” pieces. Only could find a 24”. There isn’t any instruction on how to use the design app.
Great app!!! Love it
No respect for what users expect in an app - simplicity, speed. This attempt at curating the web experience fails just like ikea.com
App too slow even though website is very responsive
App is easy to use, loads well, plenty of choices and informative on what is in stock at my local ikea.
Takes forever
The app lets you choose the country where you shop but automatically chooses the language. I want to shop in Italy but can’t do so in English.
The app is okay, but frustrating.
When searching, many things show up and then nothing; it gets stuck loading.
I check out a product and I see many details. Then I click for more information and... Nothing. It gets stuck loading.
I searched for a display case (DETOLF). The product doesn't come up. I look for shelving. Not there either. I finally search Google and I discover it's a "cabinet". I search for that and it appears. This is really, really bad. Think of all the things you could sell if only your customers could find them. The solution is simple: add metadata search tags that will be commonly used by customers.
Great selection
I have always loved your cabinets.
I love shopping at ikea
the display pictures are way too small! items need to be zoomed in to get the full size it’s very inconvenient to click on each item rather than seeing it clear from the items list
Fast, functional, and easy to use
AMAZING assist app for when shopping in store or just online
Would love instructions available in-app, but still 5 stars!

Survivor.IO is an addictive and fun game with a co-op feature, attainable S-grades that are hard to upgrade, and no need for Internet connectivity. However, the bosses can be too hard, requiring trial and error to learn the strategy, and the in-game upgrades should be a choice instead of random selection. The ads circumvent the sound policy, making it difficult to play, and some users have lost their progress. Additionally, there are complaints of deleted data and the game occasionally asking for payment.

The Kroger app receives mixed reviews from customers. Some find it easy to use and appreciate its convenience, while others experience glitches, freezing, and difficulty navigating the ordering process. Issues include problems with updates, inability to add coupons, difficulty with substitutions, and difficulty reading nutrition information. Despite its flaws, many customers appreciate the convenience of the app's delivery and pickup options.

Customers are generally very satisfied with Costco, praising the store's products, prices, and customer service. However, some reviewers had complaints about the app's functionality, specifically with the search feature and the inability to order certain items online. Many also requested a Scan N Go feature similar to Sam's Club. Overall, customers are happy with Costco and its app, but there is room for improvement.
