Google wallet in the UK. A personal security risk - beware! Dramatically and unnecessarily draws attention to me and my phone in use as make unwanted sound on payment, which can't be turned off in settings. This presents a serious risk, particularly to the elderly. Fix this Google and quickly, because as it stands it is shoddy and potentially dangerous.
Great idea but poor implementation. Cannot add cards that are not found (you don't know everything, Google), lack of ability to customize cards, like adding own image (again - Google does not find logos for smaller companies) or at least color label to be able to spot the right card faster. As a result everything ends up being mess of white items.
App is slow on Pixel 7 Pro, it takes seconds to open and load the card and passes (quite annoying at the store when you're about pay - I have to pre-open the app to be "ready"). There's is no way to expire a pass manually. If a developer or pass provider doesn't specify an expiration date, then it will stay on the main screen forever. I can only move it to the bottom.
Good app but recently had stopped sending me notifications off payments made. I liked that feature as it let me keep track of my spending. When I go into app settings I can't turn notifications on and it says that this app does not send notifications. It used to send them. In addition the transaction history and recent transactions in the app are not up to date. I live in the UK and use a Google pixel 7 pro. I am using the Google wallet app
Google Pay was updated to Google Wallet without telling me. Suddenly all tap n pay / contactless payments have ceased and settings won't allow them to be turned back on. 'Turn on NFC' button on the new wallet app won't even work. I've done everything that I'm supposed to do as the consumer, so where is the use of the product that I'm supposed to have? And yes, ... I have, indeed, adjusted all of the settings and done all of the restarts, etc ... an app that works please.
Was working perfect no issues but I updated my phone yesterday and now can't use to make any payments at all the app just says my phone is not secure and does not meet security requirements. I have checked everything but still unable to use, very annoying when u don't have cards on you at checkout as never expected it to just stop working. UK customer
This app has become almost unusable since the last update. Rather than keeping track of all your transactions, it now only keeps the last 3 transactions. The main advantage of using an app rather than a physical card is to keep track of payments electronically and without the need for a paper receipt. The latest update completely removes this advantage.
Payment profile suspended. So many people complaining about the same bug for years, and yet no quick fix delivered. I wonder what other problems are higher priority that the Product Manager focuses on that instead of providing a seamless experience for internationals. The root cause seem to be that having a Google account registered in one country but then adding a card from a different country. So simple to explain and yet not fixed for so many years. Awful experience and unusable app.
Fine, but limited. This product is invariably slower to use than a traditional wallet, especially loyalty cards. Three suggestions for an improved user experience: 1) improve the UI so it's easier to grab a card from the home screen. 2) pin primary payment to the top, then use location data and user history to automatically float appropriate cards up the list. 3) add bank accounts screen with ability to view balances, transfer between accounts, and pay directly from account (bye bye Mint).
Great experience with making payments, faster and easier than with my native banking app (which I love). I wish I could trigger a payment when the phone is locked like with Apple pay though, and then just using biometrics to authenticate. Would also be great to have the ability to view transactions online and being able to export them via CSV to do budgeting.

The reviews for the police's online SKCK application are mixed, with some users praising its convenience and ease of use, while others express frustration with manual processes and technical issues. The lack of response from support and the need to bring physical documents to the office for verification are common complaints. Overall, improvements are needed in the application's functionality and customer support.
