Mixed Reviews: Effective Robot Vacuum with Limitations

I’ve been wanting to purchase a robot vacuum for a while now & I’m beyond pleased with this one! It’s able to guide itself around my apartment without getting stuck in one area for too long and can get on top of carpets, which was my main concern. I highly recommend this vacuum!

Awful. This product has very poor design. Had to return could not take out the trap for dust. Then once you spent 15 minutes getting it done then you could not lock it into place.

It works perfect. I like that my dog is not scared of it.

such a waste of money. it goes in random directions and never vacuums the areas i need vacuumed. it broke after 3 months and now when i turn it on, it runs for about 7 mins and then shuts off. don’t buy this

First use and it got stuck between the legs of an accent table, and apparently in the process of trying to get out, the wheels left two very greasy, very noticeable stains on my carpet! Even if I take it apart and clean the wheels, I will always be paranoid to use it on the carpet, and the only reason I bought this particular one was so I could use it on the carpet. This is definitely going back. I'll stick to manual vacuuming that doesn't leave my floors worse than when they started.

Don't buy this brand name cause it's hard to talk to anyone because they don't give you a phone number to call or a web site to write or ask a question. We bought another brand and if it breaks down we have a service dept to call for questions. i have been trying to replace a battery after 2 years of having product and cant find that battery any where. So i'm left to junk it. My wife purchased it may of 2021 and it was dead after 2 years.

Vacuum is good but the dust bin sticks and is hard to pull out. I've had it a couple months and the lid to the dust bin has broken off altogether.

I want to believe they selling refurbished as new which is very very unfair to us customers. It only worked 3-4 times and that was it

My vacuum stopped working after a year so I tried to contact the manufacturer about the 18 month warranty to get a replacement. Their website and phone number no longer exist and they haven't replied to any of my emails. The warranty on this is basically useless. Do not buy this unit. The warranty claim is false advertising.

Does a good job and really straight forward to use. A little noisy. Been such a help to just run this guy while going on with my day

WOW! This robot is amazing i love the Zig Zag route. Cleans carpets very well especially with Max cleaning mode. Price is very affordable for what is included.

Vacuum works great no problems.

I absolutely love this machine. It is useful and efficient. There is one HUGE problem with it. The consumable parts such as the filters & brushes are not replaceable and not interchangeable with any that I could locate. That makes this a disposable vacuum, that makes it an awful device. It is beyond the return date, otherwise I would certainly return it for a refund.

Be wary of this device, and certainly seek out ones that the filters can be properly replaced.

Luego de dos años ya la batería no dura casi nada.. de resto funcionó muy bien.. como para mantener la casa un poco más tiempo hasta volver a limpiar de nuevo.. digamos que son equipos para mantenimiento y no para limpieza profunda..

I have a love/hate relationship with this vacuum. I’ve had it for a while now, but I still haven’t ironed out all of the kinks. The remote’s scheduling function only works sometimes. There have been multiple times that I’ve set the schedule cleaning and it never leaves the charging base. It’s very frustrating when you’re away from home for a few days and no cleaning is being accomplished while you’re gone. Additionally, the on/off switch is on the side of the machine, so it will occasionally bump its power switch and just stop cleaning. I have taped the switch, so that seems to avoid that problem. I wish there was an app so I could remotely control it like I do for my other Roomba. Overall, it’s a good machine when it actually leaves it’s charging base. 3/5 stars

This thing has no suction power. It literally just pushes the dirt around my house and collects at the brush. There is dirt inside the canister so I don’t quite understand what is happening. But total waste of money! I had one the same brand previously and I loved it, so I’m not sure why this one is so horrible! Not user-friendly either sometimes the power button works sometimes the remote works it’s hit or miss.

I've only used it twice, but it has done a fantastic job both times. Returns to its charging station properly. The only thing I dislike is the schedule can only be programmed for one day and you have to tell it the program each day to run on a schedule, but that's no big deal at all to me.

Easy to clean. Really smart design. After a year it quit docking and just died wherever it was. No big deal because you can use the docki plug to directly charge it. That worked for a month and then it acted like something was wrong with the battery.

So now it is nothing more than a door stop.

A shame because this was the best design of all robot vacuums I ever had.

This product came without any contact information. The dust bin lid broke off after 4 months of weekly use. I would be happy to have a new dust bin and continue using the product but I cannot find any support services. The handles on the dust bin are flimsy and pop off when removal to empty the dust bin tray. I am very disappointed with this product. It does have good cleaning features and I would like to continue to use it.
