  • Screen died, 0 customer service

    Screen died. Peloton we’re not able to provide resolution in well over a month. Every time they simply say “ I do apologise for the delay in responding to you. I took the liberty to look into your current addressed issue. ” and never follow up. This company used to be great, now they just lost it.

  • Beware £3k bike rusts

    I love peloton and the concept but very disapppinted to have paid over £3k for a bike that started to rust within weeks of having bought it. We enquired about it and were fobbed off. Lots of people have had same issue. Be aware before you buy

  • I absolutely love my Peloton Bike+.

    I absolutely love my Peloton Bike+.The delivery service was great and pretty swift.The bike itself is clearly high quality, with a lovely big screen and is easy to set up and use.I’m still in beginner rides but I’ve really enjoyed the different workout styles and musics available

    Do not be fooled by the 30 day free trial. Complete scam. Shocking customer service once you decide you don’t want the bike. Never again would I purchase from peloton

    Great product…when they work. Been completely ignored by Peloton when complaining about a faulty Tread, I have phoned, emailed and posted on twitter, but I have not received any kind of meaningful response.

    Love my peloton bike wish I had got one years ago, love that I can workout at home without having to drive to the gym , it’s great if you’re short of time for a quick cycle.My favourite purchase.
