Mai Dubai's app receives negative reviews for its bugs, slow performance, and lack of features. Customers complain about issues with registration, ordering, payment, and customer support. The app fails to recognize deposited bottles and does not offer Apple Pay as a payment option. Delivery delays and unresponsive customer service further frustrate users. Despite some positive feedback, the overall consensus is that the app needs significant improvement.

Registration, order and payment all done in less than 5 minutes đ€©.
Happy customer.
For some reason the app wouldnât let me select that I have 2 empty containers and you have to pay extra 40 AED if you donât
App is very bad, bugs everywhere, difficult to order, not working, COD option became not available/accepted although i have the coupon book, please fix it ASAP
Too slow, i could not complete my order, as some links are not working.
Fix it, it falls far short of Mai Dubai company.
The app doesnât allow you to continue the order without paying for another deposit. They promise to come over weekly but never show up. We end up ordering from a supermarket.
Since one week I tried to get water but unfortunately no response and nobody cares about the delivery as they promised every Saturday!!!!
While signing up, the application is stuck forever and never moves from the âproceedâ phase.
I removed the app, restarted my iPhone, reinstalled the app again.
I cannot sign up and therefore cannot make any orders unfortunately.
It's just a waste of time, I registered 3 times and made a new deposit each time, but now the new program and WhatsApp says to register twice and there is no previous deposit available again
New app does not work. It wonât recognise the bottles I have for deposit. I called Mai and they kept telling me that the app works. Now their whatâs app stopped working too. So now I have to call to make a delivery and pay cash!
It does not show the correct amount of deposited bottles from the previous version of the app. It is showing 0 while I indeed have 2.

Canva is a versatile design app with many features, but some users find the paid elements limiting. There are occasional bugs and glitches, particularly on older phones. It is praised for its ease of use and professional-looking results. However, some users feel that it is a copy of Adobe Express. Canva offers a wide range of design options and is recommended for creating professional-looking designs.
