This product doesn't last long
It cannot keep the charge .plug in for an hour start to use it die. Try multiple socket and even change the charger still not working

I have psoriasis and this actually helps me when I have a flare up. Does a great job with helping with the pain and irritation.
Just started using it on my face and am excited to see what results I see.

Good Quality for Price
I purchased this product about 6 months ago. It is important to read the directions to ensure you are operating the tool correctly. After reading the reviews that the wand âstops workingâ Iâve used it sparingly. When I do use it, I notice great result to overall skin tone, even color, texture, along with fine lines and wrinkles. It does help with those who indulge in Botox and fillers - the treatments do last a little longer when using the wand regularly. I know if I used this wand more frequently, the results would be incredible, but I donât think this wand is made for semi daily use.

Not a fan
Doesn't slide.over skin gently. Used with my serums and it drys out quickly and makes it hard to use. Plan on returning it

I did a lot of research for the right red light wand. This one has some good reviews. I was hopeful. I read the instructions four times completely understand the operation of the machine. However the machine when you turn it on and look at the screen, it just goes blank after a few minutes. The machine will not react to the selected mode, intensity or time. ZERO!!! Straight out of the box with a four hour charge. I believe in the red light therapy. I returned this one and ordered another from this same company. I will follow up with a review of new wand.

Suddenly stopped working
Really liked it but it just completely stopped working. I had used and it and several days later I tried to power it on and got nothing. Tried to charge it and nothing with that either. Waste of money!

Bad breakout!!
I really want to like this product. I only used blue light for the spot treatment but it gave me massive breakout. I have followed instructions religiously, not sure why it didnât work out for me.

It stopped working and the Co. does not get back to you. Do not bye from this Co.
The Pure Daily Luma was good for a few weeks then it stopped working. Tried everything including getting in touch with the Co. No respond. Went to their page and you can not get any answers from them. The ignore your request. Don't bye from this Co. Wasting your money. Get it from someone else.

Didnt see much of a result
I used this for a little over a month. I didnt see much of a result. I was hoping for some of my tinu fine lines to disappear but it was a no go. It did seem to help my sister a bit with smoking lines

Been using for awhile..

Once you learn how to use it, it’s great!
It takes a second to figure out how to navigate through and set the different modes but I notice a huge difference in my fine lines after using.

It just stopped working..
Kind of tricky to use but once you get use to it all worked great. Then out of the blue it just stopped working.

Knowledge is power.
I used this product for personal use . With that being said the uneducated person (no offense to anyone)can not understand the value of this item. Yes, I am a professional cosmetologist. Part of my education included light therapy. So if your unhappy with this item you have not studied. The introduction cards are fabulous! But I found them a little incomplete. They forget to mention that your hand will get a shock unless your hand is touching both rib peices going down each side of this well constructed item. It comes in a beautiful satin lined box. If you happen to email this company make sure you ask one question per email because if you ask more than one it will not be answered. Other than all thatI love my clinical 4 in 1 Luma Pure light therapy wand.
