New comments about app. Received this error msg.. Reference #18.5f0b3017.1671065458.48a0012 The only way I could get the app to respond correctly, was to turn off my VPN. I go to MANY other site apps with VPN on, various banks, Home Depot, Stock exchanges, etc. I refuse to turn vpn off just for Lowe’s. Fix it.
Home Depot app works fine, Walmart app works fine. I would like to use the Lowes app but can’t.
This is an update, May 2023. Still no change. What a disappointment.

I placed an order paid for with 2 e-gift cards and a credit card. I got immediate confirmation that the order was processed. Less than a minute later I got an email saying the order was canceled. A 30 minute phone call to customer service resulted in “We don’t know why your order was cancelled. The system did it.” The gift cards now have 0 balances. Lowe’s claims they will send physical replacements in the mail. Rather than wait a week or more, I placed a similar order with Home Depot; it worked fine.

Please use some other color for the search cursor! I am constantly convinced I haven’t clicked in the search box and finally look closely and see it is this infuriating dark blue. I figured someone would have addressed this by now, but since there is no way to reach the developers I’ll just hold my breath and hope someone reads this.
Otherwise very well designed app and very helpful in store.
It’s hit and miss when the app works. Hard time logging in. Lists created don’t appear.

Recently i have not be able to login to Lowes. Keep getting “something went wrong” error. It does work fine on the desktop though.

I bought in April of 2021 and it was delivered on August 18,2021. The tractor is still in warranty, the left wheel leaks, it has 37 hours on it, I went to Lowe’s in Central Park and they said they can’t look up a receipt for last year , they don’t recommended any body to repair it , don’t buy from Lowe’s
Used to be able to search for an item and it would tell you location. Now location is all wrong and nothing in the correct location. Good luck getting help in the store
Usually able for cashier to scan from app but not even sure I am receiving my automatic discount. Shows up in the online account but not in app.

On principle, I give one-star reviews to any app that sends marketing notifications which can’t be disabled separately from other notification types. Stop the spam.
Purchased my second Blackstone gas barbecue, your sales person. Jose was a great help I’m 71 years old and it’s online shopping. Kind of gets to me Jose made things a lot easier

Buggy, not so user friendly. Ex: safari opens item in Lowes app yet it is stuck in a tiny suspended floating box. It doesn't open WITHIN the open app page. There is no way to look at the product/s in full page mode. Nothing to click on.

I am having a horrible time using this app And with the stores Website. I’m trying to make a simple order for some work that I plan on doing in Rockport Texas. The closest store to me is in Aransas Pass. So I select that store I then Select my items for store pick up. And when I go to pay, I noticed that the pick up location has changed to Dallas Texas about 600 or miles away.On the website, I tried again to change the pick up location. But then when I go to my car, it’s still lists Dallas, Texas! so then I download the Lowe’s app. It appears as if my items were not available in Aransas Pass, so I chose to have the materials delivered to me from Corpus Christi. I saved everything. A few days later I got on I noticed the materials were available in Aransas Pass. So I tried to change from delivery to pick up at store. That worked! But it wanted me to pick the materials upIn Corpus Christi. On the app they seem to be no way to change pick up locations. It behaves differently than the website. I messed with us for about an hour. I finally decided to delete everything from my cart and then it start over. Then a pop-up appeared asking me to rate the website or the app. I hadn’t planned on reading it, but since Lowes interrupted my work and asked me to do so, I need to give it a one star rating. Thank God I didn’t turn up at Lowe’s in Aransas Pass, only to find out that my materials were all waiting for me in Dallas!
I manage digital payments for a major retailer and found it difficult to click into a data entry field to add my data.
Was able to complete but seemed difficult. Don’t have issue with other apps.
I am not a Digital UX Designer, but it seems the data entry fields are smaller than other apps.

Whether you want them to or not. With all the data breaches I read and hear about, it doesn’t sit well with me. When I used my card, I saw no warning about this. Usually, I have an option to keep my card info off their servers. Not with this app. If you’re okay with this, go for it.
That was after I logged in. Which was like logging into Fort Knox. Security to keep me out, but hackers will find a way.
I worked for Lowe’s (I ran the most successful PRO desk at my store until a management change “Hewitt”) I then worked installed sales until install partners came to Az another huge failure. It’s an absolutely disgrace what has become of this chain of stores in Az. Lowe’s was the place to go if you needed professional support with a small, medium or large project. I’m only shopping Lowe’s today because it’s on my way to tomorrow’s project. Thank you Marv!!
Had items in my cart and proceeded to checkout. Wouldn’t allow me to checkout. Kept on saying “Error setting up checkout. Please return to cart and try again.” How do you expect a customer to purchase anything if your app doesn’t allow you to checkout. Don’t have this problem with Home Depot’s app. You should seriously look into this problem.
