    My wife purchased this book for me because I’m obviously an overthinker who struggles with anxiety. After reading the first few pages it felt like this book was specifically written for me. I highly recommend this book to any who struggles with anxiety. Lots of practical advice/exercises to lower anxiety. I know I’ll be going back to this book regularly to keep in the info fresh in my mind.
