A great and accessible primer for keeping cool
Straightforward advice and lots of good tips! There's nothing "new" in this book, but rather, it is a well-organized and entertaining book about effective mindfulness and stress relieving practices.

On point!!
What I liked about this book, is it gets right down to the problem. We all have triggers and this book reminds you as a parent we still struggle with our very own triggers. This helped me really take a stepback and just be a momma. The rest will follow once you understand ur triggers. Ur human and this is just another way of letting you know we have to work on OUR OWN INNER CHILD

MUST BUY!
I know this book was intended for humor but I found this book to be more hilarious than expected. It’s very relatable and shows parenting from a different perspective that I can respect. Great purchase! I cannot recommend this book enough!

If you’re only going to read one parenting book, this is definitely the one.
This book is fantastic. I’ve read loads of parenting books and this was by far the best, most enjoyable, and most life changing. It’s honestly and humorously written. Instead of judgement this book offers an understanding of why one might lose their sh*t and provides ways to lessen how often and severely this happens. If you’re reading this review, you should definitely buy this book.

While the author isn't a Christian, she doesn't frequently recommend your pastor as someone to talk to if you're struggling, church as a place to find your community, recognizes significant religious events that could increase stress levels, etc.
This book is honest, compassionate, relatable, helpful, and funny, and one I anticipate coming back to again and again.

Loved this book so easy to read good tips that are actually reasonable and able to apply to life/parenting.

printing is off... and there is missing text
Although i do love the book, there is about 5 pages (so far) that are missing text! There is a white blotch in that spot instead of words. It is not super frustrating but It does upset me with the quality of reading. :(

Buy this book!!
I’m halfway through this book and love it! It’s SO relatable! The author makes me feel seen and understood. I only took a star off because there are some printing mishaps where chunks of sentences are missing so I kind of have to guess what it says.

Missing words
I just received this book and i checked the pages that other’s reported being messed up. Mine were also messed up , page 7 and page 71 have missing words. I was able to fill it in from different people’s reviews. I should not have to do this. They need to fix this quality issue.

Print error
There are spots where text is missing. I requested a replacement and it had the same errors throughout.
BOOK ITSELF IS EXCELLENT. Just difficult to read with printing errors.

Amazing - Down to Earth - Parenting Book!
This book has been such an amazing read. It reads like I'm talking to a friend about parenting. The author is witty and gives real works applications for her recommendations. If you are even remotely struggling as a parent - give this a read.

Great book so far but page 7 has missing print
The book content are easy to read. Wrote in a funny way make me can not stop reading. It felt like the author is reading parents mind and know exactly how kids push parents button l. The only thing is the first order I got page 7 has missing print, so I return and replace another book. It turns out page 7 same thing miss print again. Hope the seller or whoever check it first before sell it.

Seems repetitive
Seems repetitive and I’m only in a couple of chapters. The print isn’t great so I missed parts as well where the ink didn’t transfer. Maybe it will getting better as I get through the book.

Great book terrible printing job
The book overall is a great book and well worth the money but the printing company did this book dirty. Missing some key moments in the book because they were missing. Shame really. I wish I could give it 5 stars!
