HubSpot, the all-in-one CRM platform, has received mixed reviews from its users. While some appreciate its user-friendliness and helpful tools, others criticize its pricing model and customer service. The platform's features are easy to use, but some require a paid subscription. HubSpot's support team has also received criticism for being unresponsive or unhelpful. Despite its flaws, many users appreciate HubSpot's ability to centralize data and provide marketing insights.

Absolut inkonsistent, was die automatische Dokumentation angeht.
HubSpot's new tier pricing structure is purposely excluding S/M businesses who need more than what is available in the Professional Tier and less than what is given in the Enterprise Tier. This in itself is not a huge dealbreaker IF the cost difference between these two tiers were not 4X as much! After several meetings and emails it is clear that HubSpot is not interested in solving this problem for their customers but that this is their business strategy. I used to be a huge HubSpot fan and advise my clients to sign-up... not anymore.
I've been using HubSpot for quite some time now, and overall, it's a good all-in-one CRM platform that has a nice selection of tools for managing sales and marketing efforts. However, it can be a bit overwhelming at first; the learning curve is definitely there. Also, the pricing can seem a bit steep (especially if your company's needs keep growing), but it's on par with the competition, and I'd say it's worth it.
Horrible onboarding experience, this so-called onboarding specialist: Perry Won guy looks like he doesn't care at all if we learn or not about the product. What a waste of time! Until now we still dont know how to use automations or pipelines! ridiculous!
Always Improving!I have been a client and a partner of HubSpot for over a decade. I could get into the things I like and the things I would want improved, but the bottom line of what I have to say is that the platform is always improving, taking our opinions under consideration, sometimes making mistakes, but always progressing
We have still no implementation to our ERP platform after almost 12 months. Hubspot care nothing of this but continue to demand money. Their implementer company, Six & Flow are worse than useless and are now having to get a third party to try to complete the implementation. we have never dealt with such and aggressive, arrogant uncaring company...ever avoid at all costs.
I'm trying to pay our bill with a corporate credit card but it keeps getting rejected. I can't find a human to talk to, text or email. Terrible service.
I found HubSpot to be a great tool to support my clients marketing use cases. It's far easier to use than competitors and delivers great market insights.
Hubspot it great, it is super easy to use and very intuitive. I was new to the platform back in November but it has been very easy to learn and there are loads of resources out there to help if you get stuck.
The UI and UX is surprisingly easy to use. Still have a lot to learn, but would reccoment
Not only does HubSpot have a competitive pricing model, and is easy to use, it's also a very powerful tool given the right enterprise level. HubSpot has grown with our business, and empowered us to grow faster. What I love about HubSpot is how they are still working on it. If there is a feature you don't love, or wish it had, they will build it or make it better. I'm a big fan of HubSpot if you're a start up, or if you've grown out of start up. It's easier on your marketing, sales, and CS teams. The built-all-in-one aspect really helps our rev ops stay on top of what's going on in each department, helping us make the most of what's in the pipeline, and what our customers need to make a successful adoption.
Good tool for us to begin with but became difficult to use. Mostly focussed on marketing and we needed sales platform solution. Could work for some people or with deep pockets.
We use HubSpot as our CMS and CRM. It is so nice to have all of our data in one place so we can make quick and agile business decisions.
I disliked the fact that I could use some features like analytics tools for website activity and now it says I must pay, the same goes with other features, like campaigns and social. It's a good tool, but these sudden limitations made me change my mind and thinking to tell my superiors to move onto another CRM tool.
I signed up to test website features and explore the capabilities, as a marketer and keen technology hobbyist I was hoping to use Hubspot to support my new website and brand. Unfortunately, after completing Hubspot's intrusive and long-winded survey (to gather all my painpoints so they can upsell later), they decided to block my access to their features based off of "verify your information". The nail in the coffin for me was how they bluntly add "this is a final decision that can't be appealed". I don't understand how this is fair? Can someone at Hubspot please tell me how exactly I am breaking any rules or terms? This is ridiculous.
Lots of great features but many are behind a paywall / subscription upgrade.
Been using Hubspot for the past 4 years now. Most CRMs have all the required features. But the best thing about Hubspot is their quick resolution of queries - I think that makes them stand out.
Hubspot was a good tool when we first signed up four years ago. Now, it is a software designed to mark as many of your contacts as 'marketing' contacts without your control. What this does it put your account into higher and higher contact tiers, increasing your cost with almost no warning. It is sad to see a company such as Hubspot take on the tactics of cell phone companies by billing you into oblivion for any overage. There are plenty of competitors that do not take such predatory pricing tactics.
Simply said: Like the product, not worth the price at all. There are equally good products that are price at least 2-3 times less.
I am using HubSpot for 2016 now. One of the key strengths of HubSpot is its all-in-one nature, which provides a unified solution for marketing, sales, and customer service. It offers a variety of tools, including email marketing, social media management, lead generation, landing pages, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics. This makes it an ideal solution for small to medium-sized businesses that are looking for a comprehensive marketing and sales platform that's easy to use and implement. One area where HubSpot can be improved is in its pricing. While the platform offers a free version, its paid plans can be expensive for small businesses. Some users have also noted that the platform can be overwhelming with its many features, which can make it difficult for new users to get started.Overall, HubSpot is a powerful marketing and sales platform that offers a wide range of tools to help businesses grow and succeed. While it may have some limitations in terms of pricing and complexity, it's still a popular choice among businesses of all sizes that are looking for a comprehensive marketing and sales solution.
I started using HubSpot in 2010 and fell in love with the company, the people, and the software pretty quickly. Since then I've moved into the partner program, turning my experience into training new users. I love that HubSpot is a system built by very smart engineers for "regular people" like me. It's intuitive, it's powerful without being clunky, and it's customizable yet works well in its standard form. I use marketing, sales, and service hub features to help with content marketing, lead gen, lead nurturing, sales conversations, customer success, surveys, and all the reporting I need. Plus the HubSpot Support team is a valuable asset and always happy to help. If they don't have the answer right away, they'll get back to me with resources to help.
The best system ever! im happy i heard about them from thebestsys.com - i didnt know that hubspot isnt only a crm - the lead nurturing items alone are amazing for my freelance delivery business!
Hubspot offer a "book a meeting" option on their CRM, but it is a nightmare to use, and confuses the hec out of customers, if you or they are not in the country where the Expo meeting is being held. Worked example: Given that we are in the UK, that the Expo is in Germany, and that our customers come from all over the world to Germany, I have found that 75% of customers have not been able to book the a meeting for when they wanted to book the meeting, and it has caused a massive mess, and made us look foolish in front of customers. In essence, customers have booked a meeting at 10am, failed to note that the local time setting is in their own local time zone, and then received and email confirmation saying "well done, you've booked a meeting at 9am" or "well done, you've booked a meeting at 3pm" depending on where they are in the world.Recommendation: There should be a simple tick-box on the Meeting Form that allows the host to "fix invite time to XYZ timezone ONLY", so that customers invite are fixed (in this case to German time) and don't get confused by the adaptive timezone function on the page, which is currently the only option available. Note even if the customer spots the adaptive time-zone function, then they have to count on their fingers on toes and work backwards/forwards from their local time, to work-out what time they need to enter, in order to get to "10am in Germany time". It's too much trigonometry and needlessly complicated. I cant believe that Hubspot has made this massive omission in their code/functionality. Perhaps because their coders are in the US, they don't really think about foreign travel and overseas travel [?] Frustrated User.
Easy to use for reporting, marketing, and brand execution.
HubSpot is an incredible CRM that allows you to structure your data and manage your customer interactions.
In general, HubSpot is fantastic. Lots of capabilities and marketing features. However, their service and support has severely declined since their layoffs. Before the layoffs, 9 out of 10 times I was able to chat with a support rep instantly when I needed assistance. Now, 9 out of 10 times I have to open an email ticket and only get a response once per day. So an issue that used to take less than a day to fix now takes up to a week. The one time that I do get someone on chat, they are quite obviously working on multiple cases at a time and I've even been given incorrect information. I hope HubSpot is able to fix their service issue because functionality wise, it's awesome.
I am giving 4 stars for HubSpot being a salesconsultant, HubSpot is providing an overall good score from here. The thing missing is having call-systems such as AirCall, non of them are currently working using the HubSpot app on the phone. This means that I need to use my laptop in order to use AirCall through HubSpot. As a salesperson the big need for a good team is to create an open area of work, this creates sales. Being able to answer incoming calls when going for a walk or going for coffee, here you bring your phone, not your computer. I do appreciate the customer livechat team! Really awesome team and especially kodus to Brendan from the support team. Thanks Brendan, good listening and understanding and action taking.CheersChristoffer
Terrible service and take no responsibility for issues that are faced. Introduced a terrible partner that cannot integrate the system with our ERP and are now saying it's nothing to do with them. Avoid using them at all costs it's not worth your time or money.
Terrible service. Wouldn't address the issue concerning the no response to approve Paypal, etc. the only reason I signed up for it. They hold off on approval response for payment service during the trial, given you a fake approval that doesn't work. Already sent details to our legal department. Stay away from this service.
Wir nutzen Hubspot seit Jahren und sind sehr zufrieden!
The software itself is clunky, needlessly complicated, and hard to use, and yet somehow has features missing that you would have thought were an absolute bare minimum. Any useful features you DO want to use will cost you extra, and you'll be squeezed for every penny any time you want to use actually use a feature, aggressively sold to, locked into long term contracts. Terrible experience, awful platform, awful company. 0/10, stay well away.
Guys please be careful, there are people who’s English is not there 1st language pretending to employee you for Hubspot. They have nothing to do with Hubspot and are Pretending to work for them. They get you through WhatsApp and say there offering you a part-time, full-time job, they get you to process orders on Hubspot, they say you got a lucky order so you have made x5 profit, lol like your special, I found out after some research everyone seems to get this lucky order 1st time round, approx earning $70; £60. They insist you have to withdraw it, Now they got your trust they try to get you to deposit £100 on the promise you will make approx $15 a day commission and after 7 days basic is $800. It’s a lie!!!!!! If you don’t believe me then ask them to give you a contract like I did, first they said they don’t need to as I’m working remotely, the she said yeah yeah after you have done the 1st order, also I asked them for their Human Resources number or contact so I could verify this job, this is when I thought doggy so I googled Hubspot scam and SUPRISE SUPRISE It’s happened to others aswell. Their pretend names were Luna and Ella!!!! Please don’t fall for these jokers lol I got the last laugh as I took their £60 and didn’t deposit nothing yaaaay! They try to intice you
I'm actually quite a big fan of the product; however, my customer experience has been atrocious:1. Predatory Contracts: Contract terms are pretty straightforward, but I want to warn potential customers not to sign long-term deals with them. They jumped my monthly fee 4x. Granted, I should have been more vigilant with my autorenewal policy, but they renewed my policy, while increasing my fees by hundreds of dollars.2. Slow Response: Their team is relatively inexperienced so I don't want to blame them for slow response times....but it's pretty frustrating to not be able to get in touch with anyone for weeks at a time.
The product is pretty nice! But the pricing plan is super predatory, just be careful when you're looking at the contract to make sure it isn't a 12-month contract. The representatives continuously lied on the phone to get us to sign but fortunately, we looked at the reviews first!
