What ‘Free’ content? Freeview TV a better choice.
Consider Prime Video simply a gimmick. Most items EITHER rent/buy OR require a (subscription) App to view. Today included ALL ‘Next up for you’ and most ‘Recommended for you’ items listed. Always finding shows of interest on Freeview TV but very little on Prime Video. Prime Delivery sole (and well used) reason for keeping subs.

It’s the best but one thing is wrong
I love prime because it has something for everyone but the only thing is that some programs you have to rent were you get 30 days to watch it or buy where you have it forever but it is slightly more expensive then rent that is my review

Can’t play anything
Try to play anything it gets stuck on the loading screen. I can hear the audio of the show but no video. Come Amazon do better

Crashes all the time and UI outdated and unusable
I cannot count how many times this app crashes on my phone, laptop, tv and any device I have used. Most importantly, when I need to rely for my entertainment mid air with no signal this all ALWAYS crashes and me and my wife we have to use other services that can at least let you enjoy your downloads. Fix it or give us our money back!!

New shows don’t work
Too many issues with this app on Apple TV. All the new shows don’t work on Apple TV. Including the continental- all you get is the audio and just a black screen. Live shows like football match there’s stop much stuttering even though your internets 1gb

Where have the downloads gone?
I only really use this when I’m travelling so I download movies and watch when I’m off-line. There used to be a downloads tab where I could check what I had downloaded and it’s disappeared. Can’t find anything now. Lots of free content before now seems to be paid for or watch with ads.
