I ordered a phone unfortunately I received the wrong phone. I returned this phone over a week ago & to date I have received no communication from music magpie and no refund has been received. Unfortunately you cannot speak to anyone in the company.

Appalling all was going okay, till my tablet received into the warehouse email would be processed Monday as it was Sunday but nothing, I can't work out what has gone wrong with this company never used to be this bad, nobody responds to chat issues.I have to assume it's been stolen by an employee of the warehouse or the company has turned into a fraudlant one.SO PLEASE DON'T LOSE YOUR GOODS TO THEFT.

Items not delivered and customer service has been slow to respond. I’ve twice contacted them through their website and had no response other than ‘this might take a couple of days as we’re busy…etc’, a week later and… nothing. Almost a month since the original order now too.*Update* - finally refunded thanks. Customer service needs to be more responsive though thanks.

Quality is good and prices are competitive.Some musicsMagpie DVD sold on eBay can take a number of days longer for delivery and do eventually turn up - Over all satisfied with the products.
