It's an easy platform not only to submit new expenses but also to review the past ones. I've worked in many companies and Expensify is the best so far. It will only take a few minutes of your time and supports almost every expense needed at a company.

Expensify is an easy way to upload and get reimbursed for expenses. I have worked with companies in the past who used other software for reimbursement that was confusing and involved so many different steps, I almost felt that it wasn't even worth it to get reimbursed for some things. Since using expensify in my new company I feel that it is super easy, quick and streamline when uploading expenses!

Expensify web app has a nice and user friendly UI. It's pretty quick and straightforward to create and submit an expense. I like that Expensify sends an email when the expense status changes. I've been using Expensify to submit work related expense for a couple of years now, and I've never had any issues. The service is wonderfully reliable.

Expensify is a great company that give companies a easy way to get reimbursed for expenses that an employee acquire with the company with just a click of a button. The process of getting reimbursed is so simple to use just put in your mileage or receipts and within a week you will get your money back that you spend out of pocket.

Before Expensify I would carry a month of receipts in my wallet which grew to almost an inch thick. When I would put it in my back pant pocket while driving or sitting I would naturally have one cheek higher than the other. I experienced back problems for years, but did not realize what the source of the issue was, until I threw out all my receipts since I started using Expensify. And lo and behold, all my lower back problems disappeared. This app has made my life and my back so happy.

Easy to use and customize. From submitting reports to Finance, keeping tracking of my receipts via both desktop and the mobile app and able to switch all my expenses in Canadian dollar format. This is app is a must when travelling and needing to keep track of my expenses.

Expensify is a game-changer! It's simple, easy to use and definitely user-friendly. It really streamlines our monthly process and I don't dread to do expenses!

Good expense management system and service

Expensify is super-easy to use! The UI offers an intuitive user experience.

Putting off filing expense reports means not getting paid. Expensify makes expenses ridiculously easy. The phone app takes pictures, receipt scanner fills in the details from receipt photos, pdfs, html pages, almost anything you can think to feed it!The UI is so intuitive, I've never been stuck or confused. WTG Expensify!

Used to be a great app but since introduction of the Magic Code to log in which is a real pain, not anymore. Recommended it actively before they introduced it but would use another app now as it makes it such a pain to have to wait for an email with the "Magic Code" when you are just in the middle of things and want to upload a receipt. Really a functionality that has made the whole experience a lot less enjoyable.

Expensify is great to "easyfy" your track of expanses. You can take a picture, of an expanse, picture of your odometer start and when finished and it count the km (or miles)

I've been using Expensify for 3 years with my current employer. I especially love these 2 features: 1/ Receipt forwarder via emails (I could connect more than 1 email addresses, including my personal one(s))2/ Scan Receipt feature that smart-scans all my receipts (it works for receipts uploaded as a photo, as well as those forwarded via emails per #1 above) and populated the respective fields accurately, saving me a lot of time. After I submit my expense report, I also appreciate having visibility into the status of the expense report, so that I know where it is in the approval process and when I can expect the reimbursement to hit my bank account.Expensify also works seamlessly on both web and mobile app. I highly recommend it as it is super easy to use.

Expensify.com is super simple and easy to use. The Concierge functionality is sending simple email notifications for the approved expenses, if you have reports you forgot to send, etc. The invoice scan functionality in the mobile app is amazing, it can scan even the worst fonts in the invoices. I just love it as a user who is posting company expenses monthly.

I have been using Expensify for over two years now and it works very well. It is easy to onboard new employees and very user friendly. We do not use the card feature, so for us there is nothing missing. I am an admin and it is super easy for me to edit or correct my colleagues reports without bothering them. It saves me so much time.

Expensify has been great for the past 5 years I’ve used it. The ability to input all expenses either via scanning the document or uploading is extremely easy. The mileage process is simple and accurate. The drop down menus to link to proper account mgr time saving. Built in reminders to get report in on time has been a life savior.

Love using Expensify it helps me keep track of expenses and those pesky receipts I always lose. Helps our finance team have up to date expenses so I can consolidate my budgets monthly rather than quarterly. Managing other staff team expenses is also easy. When I am out of office I can assign my boss or another supervisor to receive the notices and approve while I am out. Also love the travel portion of the app. When I am traveling for work I turn the app on and it does all the work. Overall highly recommend any company use the service and app.

Superb support and service

Expensify saves me time! Every month it takes a few short minutes to categorize expenses, upload receipts, and submit for approval. It also allows me to quickly review and approve the reports submitted by my team. I've worked with other systems at previous companies and Expensify is the fastest and most intuitive I've seen.

I use this site for work to track my expenses for HR and it provides a seamless process, it's very user friendly.

The UI is comprehensive. It can scan receipts directly.

Since my company adopted Expensify the burden of creating expense reports has been dramatically review. Now I only care for taking the picture of the invoice at the moment I pay and the rest go smooth. The automatic reading works perfect. Also sending invoice in my email directly to expensify is very useful. Lastly I configured Uber to automatically send expenses to Expensify and I don’t even need to think about it. I would never go back to doing manual expense reports!

I love this app, I have been using it during ten years nearly and can’t get tired of it! Hope they can add more features to it.

The process with Expensify was extremely easy, my company approved my expenses the same day I submitted them which makes me really appreciate the ease of the transaction. I like the process much better than the manual way I used to have to submit any work related expenses.

Super easy to use and funds are expensed quickly.

Expensify makes managing my work expenses a breeze! Every time I am traveling on a work trip, I simply open the app and take a picture of the receipt, that's it. Occasionally Expensify will not automatically categorize my transaction, so I will have to manually edit that, but that is the extent of my expense management with Expensify. Simple. Seamless.

It’s so easy to record the expense with a simple pic. Then everything you need for reporting is simple to find. Monthly quarterly or annually. It’s also tracked by type of expense. Travel, meals and entertainment etc. it’s perfect for my business and provide great reporting for tax purposes. Love it!

Expensify is a really helpful and easy page to use. It gives me a lot of options to deposit money into my account, and normally they respond quickly to my reports so I can have my money as quickly as possible in my account. Also when I had some doubts they respond quickly and they are really kind and helpful. Thanks to them I can coordinate the money I spend on business easily back to my account. I highly recommend using this page.

I have been using Expensify now for nearly 10 years. Over the years, connecting your credit cards for reimbursement and getting reimbursed for those charges has become better and better each year. Their system is amazing and super simple. Having the app + the website is easy to upload receipts, plus having the ability to forward receipts directly from your email account makes reporting simple, stress-free and trustworthy! This is the expense reporting system that all companies should use!
