Pésima la conexión al wifi
Acabo de comprar 2 alexas y no se conectan al internet solicite asistencia de amazon y también directamente con el personal de servicio técnico y ninguno pudo solucionar el problema 😵💫

Very disappointing - wifi extension is only 5Ghz not 2.4Ghz
I thought this would be great for extending my wifi better through my house, but they don't clearly state anywhere that this only extends 5gz signals, not 2.4ghz that so many things still use. As such, they are useless for me, because I'd have to have another router/extender set-up to send the 2.4gz signal around. i wish they had made this clearer and I didn't have to find out after setting the whole thing up to find several items in my home no longer worked.

Don’t bother with Surround Sound.
Thought it was a simple solution to adding surround sound to the frame TV in my bedroom First I had to buy new fire stick. Okay. When it works it sounds great, I’ve got a dot on each nightstand.
Problem is, it works when it feels like. Worse still, it goes silent, and when you try to switch to us the TV speaker, it will constantly switch back to the echo and go silent.
Also, I have the worst time in the Alexa app trying to pay from theses speakers, as a group, as a room, as a floor etc, doesn’t matter. I love technology when it’s affordable, but when it doesn’t work it defeats the purpose. Money is money and I feel like I’ve totally wasted it.

Replaced my echo show
Seems to be a better unit in a house that has poor acoustics due to being tiled with little carpet.
Echo show moved to my summer home with carpet works better there

Its a great speaker that also functions as a clock with a dimmable light
I love that depending on how bright it senses the environment to be it will dim or brighten itself to adjust for that, it is definitely a great gadget

The sound is good for inside but not so great if you want it to have good volume around the deck. Couldnt get it to bluetooth with a bigger speaker which was my plan. I have decided to use in on the night stand as night time music, alarm, etc.

It’s worth an upgrade
This one is certainly better than my old old dot. I love the clock on it -not too bright at night, but I can still see it really well and I have trouble seeing without my glasses. The sound even when it’s just her talking is clearer unless it’s just in my head lol.

Best echo yet
I have the echo show , the echo dot and this one ! This one is best at understanding me . No glitches or hiccups . And it sounds better than both the other two !

No sirve rutinas de presencia ni de temperatura.
No funciona sensor de ultrasonido, tampoco sirven rutinas con sensor de temperatura incormporado, ya hable con soporte y lo resetee a estado de fabrica 2 veces, sigue sin funcionar, no se a quien más le sucede esto.

Great audio quality
I love this thing. It has great sound quality and can play music and play the news and it can set alarms and do all kinds of really cool things. I just asked Alexa if she could play music and she started playing chill music. I like it.

Echo Dot W/Clock 5th Generation
Just got my Echo Dot W/Clock 5th Generation a few hours ago, it has been a while since I set up a new device, it was quite simple. I have it setup to my iPhone 14 and my Kindle Fire tablet.
I really like like the sound quality, plus the price was right with the pre-prime sale.
It is a nice addition to my kitchen.

HOW MANY OF THESE DO WE HAVE TO PURCHASE ..BEFORE *ONE* ACUTUALLY CONNECTS TO WIFI?
We are 4 for 4 of these (not on my account but I myself have ordered many) not being able to connect to WiFi RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX.

You must have Wi-Fi to operate this, to even use the clock feature. Plus, the Alexa features suck badly!

No more static!
I was so frustrated because my radio was not picking up my favorite FM station. The station would come in but the reception wasn't always clear. I would have to fiddle with the radio to get a clear reception. All I wanted was a simple radio that would play my favorite FM station(without the static). There didn't seem to be any guarantee that a new radio would solve the problem. That's when I looked at the Echo Dot. It plays whatever station I want it to (nice clear sound, no static). It also has an alarm clock. I get the weather every morning when I get up. This little Echo Dot provides everything I was looking for. And in addition to that, it is aesthetically pleasing. I got the stand with it and it just makes it more attractive. I absolutely love my Echo Dot! BTW, it's extremely easy to set up.

The new one is working well for me...
My first Echo Dot with Clock had a muffled Alexa voice, and a weak microphone.
Amazon replaced it and it's working great so far.
Glacier White is not white in any sense. Glacier Gray would have been a better name.
