I’m very disappointed with the service as I paid my phone bill on time but they still disconnected my line and now I have to call them a million times to reconnect me back Waiting for the reconnection already two days

Our one year plan ran out. Organised to get another one set up and the delivery man never showed. I've called and texted multiple time and now du itself has stopped replying to me. Ridiculous service
It's not even possible to pay the bill and also to connect on phone. They just cut your wifi off while you have a contract and have to pay anyway. Thiefs! Useless!
