Not a great fan of customer service which keeps calling once said no for some other plans. Otherwise the application is good. There is an option for swipe which elder people don't get so they send invitations to the people when they are swiping while thinking they are just watching the profiles. I think there are lot of fake IDs and people who join and use it as a dating app. There should be an red alert option on their profile which CC can put after customer/ users complaints. Premium member.

Overall the app is fine but do not buy their "Select" service, it's pretty much useless. You are paying 4 times the price of a diamond membership just to get the diamond membership. The representative who is assigned to you will virtually do nothing. You are better of contacting your matches yourself. I connected with them and got my rep changed but it's just the same thing. I have now stopped bothering with them. But if you are reading this, save your money.

It's a scam.. I bought select membership. I was told that I will get a separate app. The separate app is complete fraud. They will update false activity log, eg. I connected with this member that member, when you will want to know more about it from RM you are assigned, firstly they won't be available, secondly they will tell you that they tried to call but other person didn't pick up the call. So basically when other person didn't pick up the call why they always update false activity log.

Shaadi only create some fake profiles. If u like a profile and send photo request and all they accept and send you photo . Later they say hi. I like your profile . After a single chat they don't reply.After all this after 1 or 2 days We get a call from shaadi and they manipulate and divert your mind and they tell you (Please Select VIP shadi membership) we do service from our side and they tell you if you to pay 16000, we send more profiles in VIP. This is not a great matchmaking app, as my experience has been horrible. Too many fake profiles, people delete and hide profiles instantly, so it is harder to build connection and doubt some of the profiles being genuine. Hardly receive enough matches or responses due to caste/ religion. Still, and always the worst since I started using the app 12 years ago. I dont understand if people wana mess around than they should not be matrimonial app. Getting memberships doesn't help either. Ton of lies

Miserable experience. 10days back I was shown 3k+ profiles and when i denied for shaadi select , I was left with only 140 fake profiles who doesn't respond at all. This is how you treat your premium membership customer. I took twice your premium subscription but literally of no use and help.
