Experience Luxury and Hospitality at D-Maris Bay Hotel

We stayed at this hotel for the second time with my family 2 adults+ 2kids. Booked 2 sea view standard rooms with comments that we need neighbor rooms. At the moment of check in we have been offered 2 tiny sea view rooms at different floors!!!! They explained that the hotel is fully booked and they can’t suggest us any other options according to our reservation! Unbelievable!!!!! Of course it was not acceptable for us. So they suggested us 2 maintain view rooms next to each other and those rooms do not have windows, just tiny balcony doors. I travel a lot, but never seen such rooms before in 5 stars hotels. Of course It was not acceptable for us either especially when you paid 4K $ per night! After 1,5 hour (!!!) of discussion they decided to upgrade us to another category…

Amazing hospitality from the moment we arrive until we leave at the end of each day! Esra from the team is an exceptionally friendly person. Everyone on the beach is attentive to your needs. Food is exceptional at all restaurants. Spa is something else. Definitely part of any Turkish coast trip. Great spot for families with young kids or couples looking to hang out in a relaxed environment in one of the dedicated beaches. Back again next summer.

Probably one of the best venues in the world. Absolutely stunning beaches, highly trained and friendly staff who attend to your every need. Superb restaurants including Zuma and Nusr-Et and La Guérite. Cannot speak highly enough about this venue! Fabulous hotel facilities and yacht service collection if you come by boat as we did.

We came to D-Maris with our boat just like previous years. Since the moment we arrived everything was superb. Especially the service quality indeed exceeded our expectations compare to the years before. Most inconsiderate and mismanaged resort ever. Despite the fact we had told the restaurant that my wife is heavily alergic to mushroom, they still serviced us amd claimed that it is safe to consume. When we asked for the 3rd time than only the server decided to ask the chef in a serious manner when it was already too late. Ruined my vacation.

When I look at it from the perspective of architectural concept, service accommodation, and culinary integrity, it has a fantastic hotel concept. Rooms are very comfortable and clean.

We go every year. Gergeous a place. The beauty of the bays and the quality of the service are at the highest level. One of the few luxury facilities to visit in Turkey. Counting the days to go again. here you can see every shade of blue

As always the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I cannot mention a single person because all of them together create a vey unique holiday experience. The food, the swimming, the premises, all top notch. But the hotel needs a little renewal

Came to La Guerite with friends. the food is amazing, the DJ Ari’s music was so good , I would highly recommend. Emrah took care of us and made sure everything went perfect. If you’re looking to go there ask for Emrah because he is amazing

Well. We wanted a experience and we got it. I would give this hotel 6 stars if we could. From the moment we arrived at dalaman we stepped in to pure perfection. De-Maris made all the necessary arrangements for a car to collect us from the airport and on arrival to the hotel all the staff were beyond exceptional. I had an great full escape away over there .facilities and staff was good and friendly. A lack of some of the activities maybe considered.also the policy of hotel cancellation or dates flexibility should be reviewed as they are really tuff with it!!

Semih from the terrace restaurant at D Maris is a great waiter, always positive and attentive. He provides a great experience for the guest, being a proactive and polite individual. Greatly recommend him.

Amazing property like a paradise. Staff was so courteous and professional, always smiling and willing to help. Plenty of beaches and restaurants choices. Great food and entertainment. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. Rooms were so modern and comfortable.

From the start at arriving in the hotel ,our experience was amazing . The service that we received was second to none . The beaches were paradise . Crystal clear waters with an amazing beach service .

Its a verry classy place great for families . What i loved is that the beaches are amazing The beach club has the best vibes . The crowd is all classy in the resort. Not like when u go to bodrum u see all kinds of people.. Here only classy proper families. Water-sports was amazing . Staff are great . The only complaint in water sports the extremely high prices of the sea bob! Should do re pricing for that. Zuma is amazing. Greek restaurant is very fun! The highlight of this property is the view from the room. Take sea view room high floor view is amazing!

Absolutely loved our stay, the staff was amazing and so helpful. The view is breath taking and rooms are spacious and clean. Room service was always efficient and the organisation is very well done. Special mention to Emre at the ice cream shop who was so friendly, to Ferhat who made are morning brighter at breakfast and was always available to help us. Thank you to Irem as well for her great customer service skills and her joyful personality. I will definitely visit again

We arrived at d Mary's Bay hotel at 22.06.23 for business meeting plus take off for few days. Welcome in hotel was not pleasant, on the check-in girl gave us the card key even didn't explain where to go ... after we ask by our self from the staff to explain us little about hotel. We got a suit room that cost 1500 dollars per nigh!Only breakfast included. In the room can find only 2 bottles of water, if you thirsty you need to buy more, it is absurd for such a money. Hotel located in the amazing ares but this is the best point of the hotel. Breakfast finishes every day at 11.00 am. Dalaman airport to hotel : just under 2 hours by car. Check in was smooth. Friendly hotel staff. We got the deluxe sea view room. The view from the balcony was nice. The room however is pretty worn down. The bathroom especially needs some work done - too basic for a 5 star hotel and they should reposition the toilet roll holder so it’s easier for reach haha and also I hope they can install a little table by the bowl so I can put my phone or other things there. The shower is probably the worst part, the lighting is so dim I can barely see if I was using shampoo or shower gel. Please install more lights if possible. communication between guest relations and staff is lacking. The subject was not informed. We contacted for transportation by sea. We lingered for hours due to organizational error. No response was given to us or no effort was made to resolve the issue.

D-Maris is a piece of heaven on earth. Special cove with choice of secluded beaches, great sight and plenty of options for fine dining and a good spa. We come here every year and would definetly suggest it for all looking to rest, rejuvenate and little bit of feasting. Wonderful place at world class. Few recommendations for improvement to make this great place even greater; 1. Manos Greek Fish Tavern was great last year but this year the food was mundane. Aubergines were likely "fresh' out of can and Greek Salad was a hastily put together collection of feta cheese very little tomatoes and onions. Total fail.
