Cozi Calendar: A Family Organization App for Scheduling and Syncing

It is so organized and helpful it will change you families life

Actually like this app and the functionality, recipe tab and grocery list tabs are really nice. Themes, layout, and overall app design need a serious update. Themes are on par with the computer chess games of the early/mid 2000’s.

Simple things lacking; very easy to make entry mistakes that publish and then you’ve got to edit after the fact. And am I mistaken, but why does it allow me to add a new event for a date in the past? At least warn me?

We love the organization! It is so great that we can sync or schedules, etc with this app. Way to go!

I love most things about Cozi. But, I would add these improvements:

ALERTS: these should not be flashes on your Home Screen that vanish. They should be text alerts with a link to your calendar as a reminder.

EDITS TO SHARED CALENDAR: Recently, my husband accidentally deleted a CT scan appointment of mine by accident. No one but the creator of an event should be able to delete it from the calendar unless the author of the event gives them permission to do so.

If your programmers add these two benefits, then I would give the app 5 stars.

The calendar isn’t syncing, I have a paid gold status and am still waiting on their customer service to respond to me. I did the usual restart, uninstall, delete/relink calendar so not a user issue.

Very simple, easy to use. A basic calendar. would be great if it had more features, since it is $39/ year. It would be great to add a “files” feature to share relevant information with the family. (School bell schedule, etc.)

I purchased the membership before I realized that it cannot be used as a widget on my iPhone. Sure hope that can be added soon. I want to be able to see the events without clicking on the app.

This app is one of the few really useful apps for helping us know what’s going on with us and when we can request a ride. Easy to set up and use.

However, its very useful to get tasks done. Im too lazy lol

Great app. Worth the upgrade ($30/yr) but probably not necessary for all families. The reminders often save us from major headaches.

Set up events and only include family members that need to be included, etc.

Note/suggestion/request: Could an app update [please] allow users to select ANY reminder time - rather than only offer a dozen preset options? Maybe keep those preset times and add an option for users to create any “this many minutes/hours before” reminder. Sometimes an event doesn’t fit the 12- or 18-hours before preset.

Every time I try and create a new list the app closes

COZY is the easiest way to enter your appointments, birthdays and anniversaries on a calendar but even grocery shopping lists and other important stuff. Check it out!!! Share it with your family and maybe someone will surprise you by buying all of the groceries, bringing them home and even putting them away 😊

Best organizer app ever!

This app is great for my entire family!

I thought it was cool that I was able to import my apple calendar but now it’s not stanching automatically. I’ve refreshed and closed the app and still not updating

Perfect for keeping the family schedule in coordination

This is the best calendar app I have found. It allows me to designate colors for each family member and then see my calendar based on all people or just one individual. It also lets me store grocery list for multiple stores and store birthdays and anniversaries. I love this app!!!

amazing quality and so easy to use

So busy, so so easy to forget what I need when I’m at the store. Cozi lets me get in the store, get what I need and get out in record time.

It’s been so so helpful for scheduling are every day like life gets so crazy sometimes but this app has saved us a lot of stress 😅😂😇
