  • Excellent book, well written easy to follow.

    This is an excellent book, not only is it a good read for players who want to improve it is good for coaches who want to train players correctly. I would recommend this book to young players and new coaches. As a plus the author did respond back to emails answering any questions I had, he is very kind and helpful and truly wants to help youth players progress and also help youth soccer progress period.

  • A Great First Step.....

    I have a son playing competitive soccer. As a long time athlete myself, I recognized much of the agility, speed, and endurance requirements of the sport and could help him where my knowledge transferred. I never played soccer so couldn't help where general athletic knowledge wasn't enough. This book is full of basic tactical and motivational information and has been a great jump start on bridging my knowledge gaps of the sport and is helping me have intelligent conversations with my son about the things he can do to improve his game.

  • Helps your dreams come true

    I received a complimentary for an exchange for an 100% honest review. I am a soccer player whos dream it is to became a pro soccer player and the author of the book saw a question of mine from instagram about how hard it is being in a state where it rains or snows alot and also the fact that me and my family are having a real hard time with money so its alot hardet to practice and work on becoming a pro. He sent me this book in order to help me with this dream he is a great guy and i really appreciate it
