I saw a sign for the store on Woodward and wanted to check it out. My friend and I were met by a really sweet and informative sales woman. She told us the history of the business which was really inspiring. She also brought out multiple bins of jewelry that weren't on display so we'd have even more options to shop from. I will definitely be coming back here for myself as well as gifts for friends and family. What a beautiful business model!

The Rebel Nell Spellbound collection made with abandoned spider webs is just so cool, I bought two pairs of earrings for family members who love Halloween. The website made shipping to alternate locations effortless, although I didn't see an option to enclose a gift card, so I notified recipients to expect the delivery.

I called the store to see if item was shipped. Unfortunately it had not been shipped. But the day was saved! The product was hand delivered to my home! Years ago I bought a beautiful pair of earrings from Rebel Nell using material from the Belle Isle Aquarium where my parents met. One of them was lost and I called asking if there was any way to replace it. The lovely women at Rebel Nell treated my loss with care and sensitivity, dug into their stock, and allowed me to purchase a specially-made replacement pair using a material they no longer offer. I live locally and planned to pick them up, but they surprised me and shipped them. The care they took and their interest amazed me. Their company was responsive and caring. Their products are well-made and unique. I was a fan of their mission and the earrings before this experience, but I will continue to shop at and recommend Rebel Nell. The piece was unique and beautiful. It wasn't exactly what I expected from the picture, but I'm really pleased with what I got nevertheless!

Easy to find the phone number for your downtown Detroit store. Easy to filter the product on various categories. I was actually more interested in speaking to someone live about visiting the store as part of a birthday celebration for my daughter’s 13th birthday with a couple of her friends. Once I reached Kiyara at the downtown Detroit store, she was incredibly helpful and very excited to have us visit the store. When we arrived she took the time to tell the girls the Rebel Nell story (it’s creation and mission). She shared with us the background of each collection. She told us about other opportunities for the girls to come to Rebel Nell and create their own pieces. It was an absolute wonderful experience and so great for these young girls to hear the powerful message of women helping to uplift women.Each of us left with a piece of jewelry that was uniquely created, an understanding of the impact the creator is having in the community and ideas of future activities we could plan at Rebel Nell. A perfect way to celebrate a 13th birthday during women history month.
