  • I downloaded it and it needs me to choose a shop that's near me, but it doesnt show any. I tried location, postal code, city but nothing. It doesnt let me continue to the app and it doesnt let me login either

  • Hierbij een nieuwe review maar hetzelfde probleem: app is overzichtelijk MAAR toevoegen van producten aan winkelmandje werkt niet, op mij mobiel, die van mijn moeder en zelfs de tablet. "kon helaas niet worden geladen". Het volledig sluiten of uitloggen helpt ook niet. Ik moet hierdoor de website gebruiken ipv de app maar website is net iets minder fijn te gebruiken. Dit euvel is nu al heel lang aan de gang en hoop dat er binnenkort eens iets aan gedaan gaat worden.

  • Filters zetten je halverwege de lijst. Als je een account maakt met een boodschappen lijstje klaar dan moet je alles over doen want het lijstje is "gemaakt op een ander apparaat" en je krijgt pas te zien dat ze na 2dagen leveren als je lijstje af is. Account gemaakt alle info ingevult en nu blijkt het dus een nutteloze app te zijn

  • Normaal gesproken een super app alleen nu wil hij niet meer. Inloggen, uitloggen en ook de winkelwagen wordt niet bewaard. Ook na een herinstallatie werkt hij niet. De wachtwoord reset doet het ook niet. Niet heel handig nu ik mijn boodschappen voor volgende week wil doen.. 2 sterren ipv 1 omdat hij normaal ideaal werkt..

  • Als je in de aanbieding kijkt van volgende week, je klikt er eentje aan, en dan ga je terug, dan zit je weer bij huidige week. Opnieuw installeren levert niets op, zit waarschijnlijk in de software zelf. Ik had nog wat ouds in mijn boodschappenlijstje staan, waarop de app bleef hangen, ook na herinstallatie (3x?). Hij weigerde het winkelmandje te laden waardoor ik hem ook niet leeg kon maken. Hierom ingelogd op de website, daar het winkelmandje leeggemaakt, en toen werkte het in de app.

  • Werkte prima. Irritatie factor: alvast boodschappen op de lijst zetten vanuit de aanbiedingen lijst van de aankomende week. Telkens springt deze bij terug gaan naar de huidige week en begin van de lijst. En nu al enige tijd werkt het hele boodschappenlijstje niet meer. Zet ik iets op de lijst gaat de app zeuren over geen internet verbinding. Men mag wel eens spieken bij de Albert Heijn. Die app werkt wel super. Nu de boodschappenlijst niet werkt, is de app waardeloos.

  • Nadat ik 15 minuten ben bezig geweest om mijn winkelwagen te vullen krijg ik bij controle van mijn winkelwagen regelmatig dezelfde melding dat ik mijn internet verbinding moet controleren en het opnieuw moet proberen (de app laden). De vorige boodschappen krijg ik dan niet verwijderd en de winkelwagen wordt niet gevuld met de nieuwe boodschappen. Tijdens het vullen ging echter alles goed. Mijn internet is uitstekend. Neem een voorbeeld aan de Albert Heijn app. Deze heeft NOOIT problemen!
