  • ZERO stars!!! App is rubbish and very slow at loading (updates seem to make it worse). Misold packages showing international minutes with certain packages when in fact they don't have any!!! So I end up having to spend more buying international minutes separately when they used to be included before!!! The packages that do have international minutes are only available to post paid (contact) customers. This is also rubbish!!!

  • This app is 5 times better than the previous app . It's easy to navigate and has no missing services . I won't need to visit the shop anymore, I can do everything in the comfort of my workspace

  • Dreadful.Customer service awful. Representatives give totally inaccurate information. You can contact Customer service numerous times.ask exactly same question and get totally different answers every time Absolutely useless. App waste of time. Can't renew package. Customer service no help at all ! Complaints totally ignored.

  • We are asked to do shake and for two options which are ( GB or minutes) but you keep on giving minutes for two weeks and more without GB and when you finally give, it will be for 3hrs only. Most people need GB not minutes and for longer time. If not is useless. Thanks

  • I am so so annoyed it took payment twice why would I want two of the same packages ? I do not really need the first package!!! Feel totally ripped off..
