  • Be ware If u have return this product

    Had a hard time getting it to do what I needed it for. And that was just to remove shadows from a pic. So I returned the item & they tried to charge me a restocking fee. Now I'm cool with a restocking fee but not at 100% Yes they tried to keep all my money even after I had return the item. Had to call amazon an they agreed to repay me. Just letting u all know.

    This version of Photoshop Elements has all the familiar features that make it a great program and adds a lot of new features. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relatively user friendly photo editing program.

  • OK for auto edits, but not for manual edits

    I've colorized photos on an old version of Photoshop for decades. I finally bought elements for my laptop. The auto colorizing feature is pretty good, but not perfect. If it make a mistake, you can't fix it. You can't select an object and change it's color. Why??

    AFTER installation found out that this is an online program. Did not see any mention of that in the ad. If I hadn't just gone to fiber optic would have canceled. Apparently Photoshop has decided to copy MS. Split everything off and then charge for it. As you can judge, NOT a happy camper. May need to be a sightl;y better than average user to enjoy this.

  • Meet my needs well

    The product meets my needs well, and was delivered promptly. Easy to install and update. I have the 2019 version on another computer, and bought this 2023 for a new machine. There have been some enhancements, but for my uses, seems identical to my previous version.

  • Adobe Photoshop CS5 is not supported in Windows 11

    Adobe blew it. I'm switching to another photo app. Photoshop is not supported in Windows 11 and they do not have an upgrade. I paid a lot for my CS5 which works great in Windows 10 but Windows 10 is no longer available on ANY new computer. It's Windows 11 or nothing. This appears to be a money grab from Microsoft but software developers should know and avoid the problem. I will go elsewhere for my Photoshop alternative software.
