Their ad creation platform is superb, and I've used their platform several times to create ad creatives for our client campaigns. The user interface is quite nice and easy to follow. Once you put your input, the system produces tones of high quality creatives you can use on a campaign. The company has gone through several stage upgrades which in fact make the app better, I just wish they worked on these updates on a staging site as opposed to hindering the experience on the live app. Anyhow, it works now and I highly recommend it.

It's an OK platform that has been improved over time. When I first tried it out it was so slow and didn't work very well at all, but now it's much better.It's a good way to spin up a range of creatives. It comes up with loads of options, so at least a couple will be usable.

I've used adcreative for some time now, the ads are very professional looking and (with the right copy) efffective.

I created a starter account and started a free trial. After the free trail was over, they chose to upgrade my account and withdraw $189 from my credit card.After asking why the hell would they do that, I was told that if I don’t choose the plan I want again after the trail is over then it’s automatically upgraded 🤣 how does that make sense?I told support that I want a refund as it’s not the plan I originally chose. Support asked me to choose the plan (to downgrade) and that once done the difference will be refunded. Once I did that, adcreative.ai withdrew the new amount from my card again!!Now supposedly the refund should have been processed 14 working days after my chat with support. It’s been 14 days already and I’m still waiting…
