    Their customer service is terrible. It's a scam. My husband bought me a watch for my birthday but I want change to other colour with the same model. They charge me RM50 as they said I have to get a new warranty card.

    Buongiorno, Mi sono recata alle Gru di Torino per chiedere la sostituzione di un orologio che avevo da circa due anni non ancora trascorsi ma era scorticato dietro il meccanismo, il colore era andato, via quindi ho chiesto alla signorina se era possibile fare la sostituzione. In un primo momento sembrava che non si potesse fare poi ha chiesto in assistenza e sono stati gentilissimi, me lo hanno sostituito. Ringrazio le signorine Giulia e Simona che sono state gentilissime e professionali. Grazie đŸ„°đŸ„°đŸ„°

  • Disgraceful

    My swatch was just out of warranty when it started to function properly; in one month it lost more than an hour accuracy. The swatch service changed the battery 3 times in 7 month and even „de-magnetized“ it, but it didn’t solve the problem. It was either a wrong design or mine was a faulty product, however thy simply didn’t nothing about it so I can throw the swatch in the bin
 this company is never going to get my business ever again. Disgraceful!(This was across country in GB and in Switzerland)

  • Disgusting experience

    My experience and opinion with Swatch have changed dramatically since the launch of the Omega collection. 1 year has passed and I am still unable to purchase one of their Neptune watches, despite seeing that model flooding on Vinted, eBay and Vestiaire Collectif. Some stores have secret lists, others simply don’t sell the watch to the first comer although they have it in stock. Another swatch employee told me he sold most of them to resellers and “cannot do anything about it”. So much frustration for a disgusting experience.

      Ho necessitĂ  di cambiare il cinturino di cuoio del mio orologio SWATCH BIG WILL.Al negozio di Torino la risposta Ăš stata: "sono mesi che non ci mandano i cinturini di cuoio"Ho avuto allora la pessima idea di rivolgermi all'assistenza swatch.Mi hanno risposto:1) chiedendomi la foto dell'orologio (perchĂš? comunque l'ho trasmessa)2) chiedendomi se era da riparare (secondo voi, un cliente chiede un cinturino nuovo per un orologio rotto?)3) proponendomi di sostituire il vetroInfine, quando per la quarta volta ho ribadito che avevo solo bisogno di un cinturino nuovo, la risposta Ăš stata questa che copio dalla email: "Abbiamo consultato gli specialisti del nostro laboratorio che, considerando le condizioni del quadrante del suo orologio, ci hanno sconsigliato di procedere al ritiro per il cambio del cinturino.       Massive flaw when used with Swatch PAY... I bought a SwatchPay watch in August my intention was to use it as a get out of jail option when my phone battery dies. I really liked it and used it extensively for the first month. I then hit a decline wall at ÂŁ300.. Totally get the logic so contacted support to ask how to resolve this. At first very helpful explained that if I used the curve payment option on my phone this should clear it. IT DIDNT.. I would stress I don't have a physical card with curve.. So I asked support if they need me to buy a card..yes to have a physical card you have to pay will this resolve things... Silence.. after multiple attempts I am faced with a watch that gets declined everytime, the option to buy a card which might work and a support team who don't respond. I'd give less than one star if I could.. steer clear of curve and SWATCHPAY ..

      Zuerst die MoonSwatch jetzt die Blancpain. Online Verkauf ausgeschlossen, der nĂ€chste Store ist ĂŒber 200km entfernt und telefonisch gibts keine Reservierung im Store. Heißt wahrscheinlich ich fahre 400km umsonst. Das Angebot wird kĂŒnstlich klein gehalten. Hier werden markentreue Kunden vergrault fĂŒr mehr Profit. Das Netz ist voll von WiederverkĂ€ufern die ein Vielfaches verlangen. Da es sich um low Budget Uhren handelt, kann man auch gleich zur Replik greifen. Die China MoonsSwatch steht der „echten“ in Nichts nach, außer der VerfĂŒgbarkeit und dem Mafia Gebrauchtmarkt Preis.

      Waardeloze service, van de vele malen dat ik gebeld heb maar een keer contact gehad toen hoorde ik dat het horloge niet op voorraad was en ik zou teruggebeld worden maar geen telefoon gekregen. Als je belt hang je een half uur in de wacht en dan wordt de verbinding verbroken. Ook op mail wordt niet gereageerd.

      My husband and I purchased a watch at the outlet in Niagara Falls Ont. called HOUR PASSIONAt the point of sale we were not told it was exchange only
no signs posted to indicate. After getting home the watch wouldn’t work. Went back to the store and they replaced the battery! Took it home and it stopped working within a few hrs. Made another trip to the store to return the watch and we’re told no returns
so the only way you know that’s their policy is if you read the fine print on the receipt they email you AFTER YOU PURCHASE THE ITEM!!!!! The joke is
on the receipt that was emailed us had the policy attachment that wouldn’t open!!!! Even the store manager we were dealing with admitted that it wouldn’t open for her and unless you are told by the salesperson you wouldn’t know about it!!!! Her comment was “well after you purchase it it’s too late because the transaction has gone through

      Poor quality and customer care. The watch band began to peel after one week of use. I reached out to Swatch to confirm I could return it for a refund (and included a photo of the damage). Their response: "We will make an exception for an exchange only this one time, however, bands are not covered by any warranty. In the case it happens again you will have to purchase a new band." Really?

      AprÚs avoir perdue ma montre dans la mer achetée il y a 1 an et demi et plusieurs échanges avec SWATCH, ils n'ont pas souhaité effectuer de geste commercial sur une nouvelle montre.       Acquistato un orologio 10 giorni fa, allo store di via XX do Genova. Mi accorgo che rimane indietro di 4 minuti al giorno, al terzo giorno torno in negozio e lo faccio presente. Me lo smagnetizzano e vado via. Il problema persiste, torno e mi cambiano la batteria. Il problema continua, al che una delle ragazze comincia a parlarmi di campo magnetico (lavoro in un negozio) e mi chiede di far caso al funzionamento dell'orologio fuori dal lavoro. Effettivamente ha ragione, dal momento che il problema si ripresenta solo quando sono in negozio. A questo punto torno (l'orologio aveva perso anche la data) e chiedo cosa posso fare, se Ăš difettoso, come posso comportarmi. Ni viene detto che Ăš un problema comune a tutti gli orologi in plastica (cosa che onestamente non sapevo altrimenti ne avrei scelto un altro) e che non possono fare nulla. Nessuna proposta di reso o cambio. Se avessi comprato online a quest'ora il mio orologio sarebbe in viaggio di ritorno all'azienda, ma in caso di acquisto in negozio a quanto pare ce la si prende in quel posto. Detto ciĂČ, ho un orologio nuovo ma inservibile che proverĂČ a vendere online. Ovviamente sconsiglio l'azienda ma soprattutto i punti vendita, politica di reso inesistente e a tratti incompetenza dei commessi.

      Well after reading some bad reviews maybe I got lucky visited Eldon Square Newcastle Swatch shop. Firstly excellent customer service from joseph and his colleague. Bought a watch which I didn't need or want to be fair joseph is a very good salesman, but love the funky colour and watch will return to that store a credit to swatch thanks guys see you soon customer service won me over.

      I see some bad reviews on here but they do not reflect the experience I’ve had.My mother has a 1988 Swatch GW403 Geoglo watch which she has had from new. Recently the strap became so degraded that it needed replacement. She took it to the Swatch Service Centre, Charter Court, Third Avenue, Southampton. They were unable to help with that particular watch there but sent it to their head office. Due to the age of the watch, they were unable to provide the exact strap for the watch but gave her a newer replacement strap, cleaned the watch face, and changed the battery, before delivering back to my mother house, free of charge. She was contacted and kept up to date throughout. Considering the watch was purchased in 1988, I think this is next level customer service!

      Tried to return a watch that was ordered online on swatch.no and arrived 1 day ago. This is offered as one way to handle returns on swatch’s website. Our request was declined in a long discussion with the manager because a plastic cover was removed. The watch was never worn however. The manager advised us to resend it to their online store as standards for returns there are apparently different. Very strange and costly experience.

      Wat ben ik dom geweest om bij Swatch een horloge te bestellen DOE HET NIET !!! Ik kan alleen maar hopen dat deze arrogante club heel snel failliet gaat voor ze nog meer slachtoffers maken. Artikelen verkopen op je website die er helemaal niet zijn en dan vervolgens geen geld terugstorten, klanten”service” wat een grap.. volledig onbereikbaar. Ik denk er toch echt serieus over om bij de politie aangifte te gaan doen wegens oplichting. Ander woord is er niet voor. Nu meer dan een maand verder en geld kwijt en geen horloge..

      I always liked swatch until I encountered this issue. I got a new Swatch watch about two years ago, the watch provides a 10 mins delay. I took it to a swatch shop in Montreal and was told sorry we do not repair watches just we can change batteries. since swatch watches are now considered disposable, I will not recommend it to anyone. Save your money. You can get another watch that has a better service.

Ben helped show and explain all of the watches we were looking for and went above and beyond to show us alternatives which we may also like.       I purchased a Speedmaster directly from Swatch6 June 2022 the watch would lose time or run then stop from day one.The watch was sent to the Swatch Service Center in New Jersey on 27 January 2023 it was finally returned to me 9 June five months to be serviced.Now the watch will not run at all and the clasp has been damaged while in service .Swatch has told me they are short of people to service products.They were not short staffed to take $6700.00 from me when the watch was purchased.I had better service with my $25 Casio.My advice avoid these people at all cost.

      habe am 3. Mai 2023 via Manor die Swatch Gent Noir 3 mit Ersatzbatterie gekauft.Am 30.Mai vor Abfahrt in die Ferien merke ich dass das Armband ganz locker ist und meine Frau bemerkt das die Uhr nĂ€chstens abfallen wird. kein Dorn mehr zu sehen, auch div. Versuche diesen kurzen 1mm dĂŒnnen Rest von Plastikstummel in eines der Löcher im Armband einzufĂŒhren scheiterte.Grund:die restlichen 3mm dieses ca. 10mm langen 1mm dĂŒnnen Kunsstoffstummel fehlt. GlĂŒck gehabt,dass wir das zufĂ€llig gemerkt haben, ansonsten wĂ€re die Uhr irgendwo unbemerkt abgefallen-einfach verloren.Und das ist schlimmster vorsĂ€tzlicher Betrug, weil all diese irgendwo in der Fernostpampa produzierten Swatch Armbanduhren gem. Manor hat nur noch einen billigst Kunststoffdorn, welcher zwangsweise 2- 3mm vom Ende her in kurzer Zeit abbricht, was ein ĂŒblicher Metalldorn 100 Jahre aushĂ€lt. Weiterer Volksbetrug auf dem Zifferblatt Swatch von den Fernost-Kameltreibern anschreiben zu lassen und damit eine durchschnittliche vorprogrammierte Lebensdauer von 4 Wochen einzuplanen bis die Uhr auf Nimmerwiedersehen plötzlich verschwunden ist. Und dazu nun 2 mal zum Verkaufsladen zu reisen auch wenn die Uhr und neues Armband nur 80.- gekostet hat und dafĂŒr wĂ€hrend den Ferien durch die fehlende Uhr und Armband die weisse Haut an diesen Stellen dafĂŒr zu verbrennen, das wird als Schweizertechnik gelobt.

.saw on the Swatch main website that they had a rang as collaboration with Omega. Went to buy but whole range was not in stock. Emailed Swatch to be told that I would have to contact my local stores. Contacted 3 stores they all said that they also had no stock and unfortunately they are never given a list of stock dates for delivery so they could not tell me when they may get a delivery. So Swatch don’t know neither do their shops know if these items will ever be in stock, however they still advertise the items. Poor service in this day and age of technology they are unable to run a fast moving goods service

      Make a recent purchase of the ring name love explosion and I have to express my disappointment as the ring arrived and literally as I unbox hearts start coming off by now 3 of them have come off. I contact the company and they said I have to resend in the box it came with and the shipping nor refunds just the purchase amount. I don't have access to the box as I place in trash and trash was pick up by the time they respond. I contact again to let them now and they reply with automatic message that direct me to website to search for a return label thst o can't find no where.. I will never buy again from them

      Questa recensione Ăš riferita a quasi tutte le sedi swatch in Italia e all'assistenza clienti. È da circa 2 mesi che non riesco ad acquistare un orologio della serie BIOCERAMIC MOONSWATCH nei negozi della swatch, nonostante ho contattato vari amici dislocati in Italia gli orologi dicono che sono finiti e che arriveranno. La cosa che mi fa rabbia Ăš vedere gli stessi rivenduti su ebay a prezzi aumentati o quadruplicati, da venditori professionali o da reseller privati, agevolati da questi punti vendita compiacenti. Penso che in tanti avranno avuto lo stesso mio problema, poichĂš ho fatto verificare su Milano, Firenze, Verona, Genova, Roma, Bari e Napoli, ma tutti davano le stesse risposte. Nessun punto vendita risponde al telefono compreso l'assistenza clienti, che ho telefonato pochi minuti fa. Questa azienda Ăš solita a fare questi giochetti li aveva iniziati negli anni '90 e adesso si ripete. Dopo tutto allo stesso prezzo ci acquisterĂČ un seiko automatico a altri marchi che di serietĂ  ne hanno da vendere.

Nach kurzer Unterhaltung per Email mit dem Kundendienst sollte ich sie einschicken und bekam anstandslos nach nur 3 Tagen eine nagelneue Uhr .       Sono cliente Swatch da quasi 40 anni e avendo portato uno dei loro a cambiare la batteria, purtroppo il coperchio del vano, Ăš andato perduto ed era di un formato particolare che non si trovava nei centri assistenza. Scrivo al Servizio Clienti che si attiva subito, mi manda il corriere a casa, mi sistemano il tutto, cambiando anche la batteria e mi viene rispedito prontamente, senza spese. Dimenticavo.... l'orologio Ăš stato da me acquistato nel 1995 !!!!!!

      SWATCH WATCH is not getting my business in the future!I have been buying their products for decates, even before moving to Canada 30 yrs ago.Their store in Calgary, AB, Canada is not worth visiting, poor service; was told they could not get a replacement for a clear buckle for one of my previously purchased watches. They also told me that my watch with the ultra light metal band was not serviceable even though it worked before taking it to them for a new battery.Bought a new watch at The Hudson Bay Co in Lethbridge, AB end of Sep 2022 and barely wore the watch. The clear buckle got deformed just from regular wear and now the silicone band is breaking.Called 18663792824 was told they only service US clients; was given 4167031667 for Canada to call. Not even a toll free number! Turns out this is the Swatch Grp customer service number. The person who answered at their parts department at ext 3 advised that they don't carry parts for Swatch watches. According to them their warranty department can not be reached by customers at this time as they have no phone line! The parts department is contacting them internally. So waiting for a call back. However, I was advised by the US customer service rep that Swatch does not cover watch bands under their warranty!If the system would let me write a review with zero stars then this is what they would receive from me. Considering this is a Swiss owned company they got to have the worst service in Switzerland! I will never recommend their products again! Absolutely shocked about the poor service!

      Ordered a watch on 4.4.23 from the UK online store, only to find it was shipped from Basel. Still not arrived, emailed Swatch twice to find out what's happening - no reply. The tracking stated a delivery was attempted (without any notification to me of date/time) and apparently it is now at "a post office". No information of which one?? So at the moment,I'm ÂŁ210 out of pocket with no watch to show for it.What a total cock up.Swatch, your service is a joke and no way focuses on your customers.This is the only time I bother with a Swatch watch...never again!!!

      Disappointed! I travelled to London last Friday to purchase a Mission to Mercury watch and visited all 3 stores only to be told each time they had sold out of today's stock, apart from Battersea who had the white strap models few ppl want! The staff were generally quite vague and unhelpful about deliveries and timings which left me torn thinking its worth trying again or get a different watch?? What's most annoying is seeing hundreds of moonswatches listed on ebay etc with receipts from a few days ago, from the same stores I visited! On principle I don't want to buy from a flipper and nobody should have to pay the premium over RRP. Great product but about time Swatch release adequate stock in stores, allow genuine customers to join a waiting list or simply open web sales so everyone has a chance to own the watches, and remove the flipping game!

      I've long been a fan of Swatch and Omega, so the announcement of the MoonSwatch got me excited. Soon I realised that these could only be purchased in the UK in London or Edinburgh stores with no chance to order online. Sadly they screwed this up by selling them in 2's and 3's initially, feeding grey market sales - not the you had to be a genius to work out that would happen! Of course this has led to a spike in online sales from, shall we say, less reputable sellers who are advertising MoonSwatches at anything from £350 to £1k+. Then in May 2022, I was lucky enough to speak to a representative of Swatch in Switzerland about how the MoonSwatch campaign following a complaint I raised re availability. Of course they were delighted with its progress but when I pointed out that the UK had 3 stores selling the watches in 2 locations and Switzerland, a country 6 times smaller, had 11 stores selling them, then it hardly seems fair. Add to that that the distance between London (2 stores) and Edinburgh was around 400 miles it only added insult injury. She assured me this model would be changing - it hasn't.One of the issues is the inability of Swatch to allow customers to buy a MoonSwatch online, then to pick up in store. Surely, this can't be too difficult a task for a brand like Swatch. I was heading to Italy in June 2022 and there were Swatch stores in 3 of the 4 locations I was visiting (Venice, Bologna and Florence), none of whom had any stock when I popped in on various days! Then I tried the same when visiting Mexico, again nothing!Then, earlier in 2023, Swatch doubled down on only purchasing from selected stores, adding Glasgow (less than 50 miles from Edinburgh) to the list seems a little pointless. Unless you live in Scotland I guess. Yet Leeds, Newcastle, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester et al, are not stocking the watches. This weekend I went to the two Swatch stores in London, neither of whom had stock. Yet I can still buy a MoonSwatch online at Kick Game, Edit LDN, Ebay and elsewhere for prices ranging between £300 and £1900 - well done Swatch for feeding grey market sellers! Well, my search is over - I've decided to not succumb any more to the marketing ploy that is Swatch's MoonSwatch project given how they've exploited this.Swatch Group CEO Nick Hayek has confirmed that the watch will not be sold online, saying “There’s no emotion in online buying.” No, Mr Hayek, there might not be emotion in online buying but there is emotion in following a brand for many years and then feeling excluded simply because of where you live! Or the fact you can't order online to collect in store. His quote went on to say: “It’s a carefully produced Swiss-made watch and not a commodity. The MoonSwatch is not about to make as much money as possible in the shortest possible time period. So why should we sell it online?” Mr Hayek there, ignoring the fact that Swatch fans can't get stock in stores, yet clearly some people can - as you can only buy from a Swatch store - given there's no end to the online availability at inflated prices, whilst Swatch bank the cash in store. Swatch are aware that this is taking place, so one can only assume they don't care!

    • Dishonest LIARS who treat their customers terribly

      After decades of being a loyal customer they have permanently lost my business. They sent me a watch with a damaged face which was shipped without a protective cover over the face. I contacted customer service and returned the watch. After they received the watch, they emailed me to tell me that the watch could only have been damaged by being worn. In other words, it was my fault and they could not possibly be responsible for it. I escalated to a supervisor on the phone who gave me a ridiculous story that multiple levels of management including a director agreed the damage did not happen on their end. Really? A director got involved on a $100 watch? I let them know after 35 years I will NEVER purchase another watch from them. Clearly their bottom line is suffering enough that they have to accuse customers of fraud. Outrageous. I disputed with AMEX and guess what? They don't call their customers LIARS.... Hope dying on that hill was worth it. I'll leave reviews wherever I can to tell people how Swatch now treats customers.

      Battersea store: we enquired earlier in the day (21/03/23) re Moon Watches, nice member of staff said none in, an hour later we notice a queue forming. Joined said queue to cut a long story short a group of 5 males clearly known to each other get to the head of the line, as each one makes there purchase a bank card is passed to the next one. Two gents one in a grey tracksuit the other wearing a balaclava, have an animated conversation with one of the gents on the door, he left his position and walked some distance away. This has been raised by phone and online happened 13.30 - 14.30 today Swatch check your CCTV.

      I have almost a dozen Swatch Watches, a couple dating back to the 1980's. All still work well and keep excellent time. I recently bought a new one but found the dial wasn't the easiest to read so returned it for a refund. Money was refunded within four days. Couldn't believe how quick the transaction was. Superb customer service.

      Swatch were great. My sons strap was peeling, and when I tried watch nation, who his uncle brought it from, they didn't give me the time of day. Just told me to go to Swatch. Within 24 hours I was sent postage labels, and watch was returned with new strap 72 hours later. No questions asked, no more expense on my behalf. Brilliant service

      Ich trage Swatch Uhren seit es das Unternehmen gibt (1983). Swatch Uhren sind trendig, bunt, modisch und verspielt. Und das beste: Jeder kann sie sich leisten, oft auch mehrere davon. Eigentlich hĂ€tte ich gerne fĂŒnf Sterne gegeben fĂŒr ein innovatives Unternehmen, das mit grossem Erfolg qualitativ gute Schweizer Uhren zu erschwinglichen Preisen anbietet. Ich gebe jetzt aber nur einen Stern, weil Swatch seit einem Jahr mit der kĂŒnstlichen Verknappung (Marketing Strategie) der MoonSwatch die eigenen Kunden schikaniert und mit der Uhr den Graumarkt bedient, nicht die Menschen, die gerne so eine Uhr hĂ€tten. Viele habe schlicht nicht die Zeit, immer und immer wieder zu einem Store zu fahren nur um dann zu erfahren, dass die Uhrenausverkauft sind.

      Ho effettuato un ordine di un orologio per bambina personalizzato con il nome. Al termine della procedura di pagamento il sito internet della Swatch non dava risposta e nemmeno tramite email mi Ăš arrivata la conferma dell'ordine; attendo qualche minuto (piĂč o meno 10 minuti) e siccome l'email di conferma del primo ordine non arrivava,ripeto l'ordine, a quel punto mi arrivano due email con la conferma di due distinti ordini. A quel punto mando immediatamente una email al servizio clienti per chiedere l'annullamento di uno di questi due ordini identici e la mattina seguente telefono al servizio clienti...mi dicono che non Ăš piĂč possibile annullare l'ordine in quanto Ăš giĂ  automaticamente partito. Quindi se lo avessi fatto nel pomeriggio quando era attivo il servizio clienti forse riuscivano a bloccarlo, siccome l'ho fatto di sera quando il servizio clienti non risponde l'ordine non puĂČ essere annullato. Non posso nemmeno rifiutare la consegna o effettuare il reso in quanto il prodotto Ăš personalizzato e allora il servizio mi consiglia di cambiare il cinturino presso un loro store per avere almeno un orologio in parte diverso. Ma stiamo scherzando??? Loro invece di fronte a un inconveniente del genere non possono riprendere l'orologio e cambiare il cinturino e rimetterlo in vendita !!!!certo che no. Da un'azienda cosĂŹ importante mi aspettavo un comportamento piĂč corretto, questa sarĂ  l'ultima volta che acquisto un orologio Swatch.

      Swatch repairs Southampton.I sent my Tissot T touch watch in for repair at the Southapton official Swatch repair workshop.What a fantastic job they have done on my watch, althought the case is still from my watch the rest of it is new, including the face.The entire experience from begining to end has been fantastic, except for return delivery by DX and here I would like to give a shout out to Jonathan at Swatch who did everything to sort this out.

      Ho acquistato un orologio per bambini (specifico regalo di compleanno) al momento dell'effettuazione dell'ordine ho specificato che fosse un regalo e ho pagato di piĂč per avere una spedizione celere.L'orologio arriva: difettoso (la rotella di regolazione gira a vuoto per cui inutizzabile), inutile dire che l'ho dovuto rendere. Telefono l'assistenza che mi propongono eventualmente di fare una sostituzione presso un rivenditore Swatch autorizzato peccato che nella mia cittĂ  non Ăš presente, lo faccio notare all'addetta al customer care e le rispondo che ho intenzione di procedere con il reso per avere il riaccredito dell'importo (specifico che a voce non mi Ăš stata fornita alcuna indicazione).Procedo come da indicazioni scritte nel foglio di reso all'interno del pacco e scrivo all'assistenza clienti per aggiornali (nessuna risposta) per cui telefono e l'addetta al customer care inizialmente mi dice di non aver ricevuto le mie comunicazioni poi dice di averle viste li per li e la informo che ho inviato le coordinate bancarie per il riaccredito e lei mi informa che mi verranno riaccreditati i soldi sulla carta utilizzata in fase di acquisto.Mi arriva una mail generica dove mi si informa che mi verrĂ  effettuato il rimborso, il rimborso arriva: peccato che con 10 Euro in meno rispetto a quanto ho speso.Assistenza cliente: pressochĂš inesistenteAttenzione al cliente: meno che zeroNon ho potuto dare il regalo al bambino e ho buttato 10 euro oltre che il mio tempo.Ho acquistato solo perchĂš da bambina avevo un'orologio Swatch e avevo un bel ricordo inutile dire che dopo questa esperienza non acquisterĂČ piĂč sul vostro e-commerce.

 i emailed for advice (what I thought was out of hours) and received a positive response with a resolution within 5 minutes from Sinead. The service has been first class in fact world class! Update - 6/6 a brand new replacement arrived today

      Staff at 313 Oxford St store are great. Saw Joachim take genuine time explaining two kids about watches. Grant it that at times it is frustrating that we don’t get the moonwatch we want but the “hunt” makes this an interesting game and it is not the staff’s fault. Even not getting the watch, was impressed with the staff and the level of service.

      Rien qu'en ouvrant le carton d'expédition je me suis demandé si j'avais bien acheté une montre neuve pour l'anniversaire de mon conjoint ! le carton d'expédition était nickel je précise ! La boite en carton était usé et l'intérieur qui est totalement en carton était déchiré. Le film de protection sur la montre était plein de bulle et plein de poussiÚre ! En plus la montre pas à la taille à la quel je l'ai commandé mais ce n'est pas grave je peut la faire raccourcir. Bref la premiÚre et derniÚre fois que je commande sur ce site. C'est bien parce que la montre plaisais à mon conjoint....

      My c10 year old Swatch went wrong. At first I thought it needed a new battery, but the jeweller told my that the battery was fine and the watch needed repairing but he couldn’t do it.Swatch tell me that they don’t repair watches because they’re sealed. This means that their watches are disposable. Caveat Emptor!

      Schlechte Informationen; arrogantes, Personal.Ich wollte eine Moonswatch kaufen. Wir (mein Freund und ich) waren eine der ersten im Laden, nachdem telefonisch mitgeteilt wurde, dass man persönlich vor der nĂ€chsten Lieferung gegen 11:00 Uhr im GeschĂ€ft vorstellig werden sollte. Man teilte uns mit, dass die Lieferung noch nicht eingetroffen sei und wir spĂ€ter wiederkommen sollten. Gesagt getan. Als wir jedoch einige Zeit wieder kamen (nach ca. 20 min.), um erneut nachzufragen, tummelten sich bereits mehrere Personen im und vor dem GeschĂ€ft. Alle wurden dann aufgefordert, sich vor dem GeschĂ€ft anzustellen. HĂ€tte man uns ĂŒber dieses Prozedere vorab informiert, wĂ€ren wir gleich da geblieben. So erhielten wir einen Platz fast am Ende der Schlange. Wie sich spĂ€ter, nachdem die Lieferung eingetroffen war, herausstellte, gab es nur 4 der begehrten Uhr. Dementsprechend gingen wir Ă€rgerlicherweise leer aus. Eine korrekte Info vorab, wie gesagt, wĂ€re „nett“ gewesen.WĂ€hrend der gesamten Wartezeit hatten die Mitarbeiter (erst 2; spĂ€ter kam noch eine „TĂŒrsteherin“ hinzu, die die Leute einzeln in das GeschĂ€ft ließ) nichts zu tun. Es gab keine weiteren Kunden -außer denen, die in der Schlange vor dem Shop warteten- und die Mitarbeiter unterhielten sich entweder oder waren rauchen. Einer der Mitarbeiter verließ das GeschĂ€ft kurz und machte ungefragt(!) ein Foto der Kundenschlange vor der TĂŒr, was m.E. aus datenschutzrechtlichen GrĂŒnden doch eine höchst bedenkliche Angelegenheit darstellen dĂŒrfte.Alles in allem eine richtige Zeitverschwendung und einfach eine unschöne Erfahrung als Kunde!!

      Terrible. Ordered watch online in November and paid Paypal. No email received to confirm order. Two months later watch arrived - finally! Sign for package than immediately proceed to get over 10 emails and phone calls regarding their payment expiring from Paypal as they had not processed it in a timely manner on their end. They sent numerous links requesting payment be made but they didn't work over and over. They literally harassed for a payment and when I (the customer) requested an invoice be mailed so a cheque could be sent or bought to retail location they advised they could not do that. They than indicated PayPal was not their preferred method of payment anymore. Not my problem, why was I dealing with the solution to pay them a second time will never buy a Swatch product again! I tried to escalate via website to customer service and nothing but a loop they they needed payment. Terrible!!!!!!

    • I'm so upset

      I'm so upset. I've been a watch collector and have always hesitated with swatches because of their plasticy appearance. Just looks cheap in design. I got one for my birthday and I actually liked it but it stopped ticking within 2 months. Since it was a gift I didnt have a receipt and I did not keep the box... Who does? They won't replace it or look at it without any of those things. I understand if it was an old watch but this is from their brand new collection, one they are still advertising. Now all I can do is just throw it out. Piece of junk. Last swatch I'll own.

      YVS444G ordinato da un vs rivenditore ufficiale. promesso in 20ggsono passati due mesi ed il rivenditore si nasconde dietro la gestione di Swatch stessa. che secondo loro, non ha alcuna certezza circa i tempi di consegna. scriverĂČ anche e soprattutto dello specifico rivenditore ufficiale....ma qui mi soffermerei sull'azienda Swatch che comunque sia, ne esce in maniera veramente scadente. ovviamente da non consigliare.

      In un mondo dove la lotta alla discriminazione la fa da padrona, la Swatch con il lancio sul mercato del Moonswatch l'ha fatta diventare uno strumento di marketing. Sono 6 mesi che cerco di comprare un Moonswatch e non riesco perché i negozi ufficiali Swatch rendono l'acquisto impossibile o meglio possibile solo a coloro che giornalmente (ormai come "lavoro") si possono permettere di fare la fila all'apertura dei negozi ed in pochi minuti finire la scorta esigua di Moonswatch disponibili.Cara Swatch ti pensavo una ditta seria che avesse a cuore gli acquirenti e non i resellers per non parlare dei tuoi rivenditori Swatch a cui non dai la possibilità di vendere il tuo orologio di punta..... Ú fatela finita di dire che non fate discriminazione.Siete vergognosi.

    • AVOID Battersea swatch . NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS…

      Let me tell you that Swatch stores in London have been nothing but a Scam recently but one stands out the most due to extremely arrogant staff (which I wish I could name here) and corrupt security who I have seen take money and cash from people including myself.I have been collecting Omega Swatch watches for a few months now and have queued for over 150 hours just to try to get my hands on them but then it gets to a point that the staff start being extremely aggressive and literally stop selling the moment they see you even if you obey their one purchase rule . I have been in multiple times and due to having purchased a watch colour previously (which they treated me like crap for anyway) they did not even allow me to exchange within the same week even though it is in their policy that exchanges are allowed. If I go to the store and I ask for a mercury which is a darker colour and I have to return a sun which is lighter they basically refuse to EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE SAME PRODUCT AND SAME COST.I have been asked by security to buy him lunch “otherwise he will report me to staff as I bought that week. Like wth?!? “ then when you buy them food they still refuse you. I have made a complaint and spoke to the director but seems like nothing has been done about this corrupt security and some of the staff members.Since the opening of this store they have had issue with me. I have seen same security guard take money out of my friends hand and once I complained on Facebook I had 4 people private message me and show me pic and videos of him literally taking customers to a corner and take bribe from them. The assistant manager of the store always treats me differently even when I went back after 3 weeks as I was not in the UK and he always threatens by saying one per person per week.I bought myself a watch 2 days ago and my wife came to buy a watch yesterday and after she queued for hours the security pushed forward 2 Chinese Lads and made them buy first and Guess what?!? They got the last 2 Mercuries which my wife wants. My wife mentioned that there was a Nigerian man and herself who waited for ages just for 2 other to be pushed in because they were there yesterday . How can you say first come first serve if you just call people to come and buy and let them in first regardless of the queue?!? AND GUESS WHO CAUSED THIS MESS?!? The same security who stole money from my friends hand and asked me for food. Sometimes I am just shopping in Battersea and minding my own business and he just follows and interrogates me for even being in the shopping mall. THIS IS STALKING AND ABUSING POWER. THIS IS BULLYING. the manager refuses to sell whenever there is good colours available and the moment I leave he starts selling. Once the security told me “I miss being able to get a moon watch every time there is a drop . They have high value .” Like wth!?! . Then you kick me out of the queue or refuse to sell with you assistant manager even if I want to exchange. This has come to the point that I feel like I will to take legal actions as I am now followed around Battersea whenever I am eating , drinking or shopping . The company is doing nothing about it whatsoever and the fact that my wife was treated like crap yesterday and those Chinese lads were pushed in front of her “which they probably gave a bribe” The point is SWATCH needs to get rid of their one a week alliance for everyone and starts selling fairly , not stop selling when they see familiar faces . I am not buying a 60k watch to be treated and stalked across the mall 3 times per hour !!! I want to be contacted by swatch as this is corrupt and you may as well not even sell these watches any more if you are going to keep treating people like me like crap because I don’t want to buy your security his lunch everyday

      I am honestly in shock. I have tried twice to queue for the swatch x omega watches. On both occasions, the same gang of men were at the shop (Bond Street) and when I have walked past the shop on other mornings the same gang are there. It is clear, they are purchasing them and selling them on. The first time I went, the gang were waiting outside the door (clearly having already purchased their own) and were asking people to join the queue for them to buy more. Today when I went, I got there an hour and a half before the shop opened to queue. When I joined, there were 12 people in front of me, by the time the shop opened, there were 30+ people in front of me because the gang of men arrived and pushed in at the front of the queue. Their behaviour was loud, extremely intimidating and disrespectful. What upset me most, was that the security guards allowed them to push in and actually greeted them (spudding like mates) when they arrived. One man in particular, was paying teenage boys to queue for him to purchase more - no wonder they are being resold online for such high prices! There wouldn’t be a demand issue if this wasn’t allowed. To worsen the situation, many people who were queuing innocently became upset and approach the security guard who refused to act and said he didn’t see anything and that they had been there the whole time. I explain to the guard that the same thing happened when I queued the previous week (same security guard too) and I received a reply of “I don’t believe you I’ve never seen these men before” despite him greeting them like friends and asking them where they were yesterday when they had a delivery. The staff inside the swatch were great and lovely service. It is just a shame that they are being let down by the shocking security outside. The watches should be sold online instead to have more control over who is buying them. Once I finally entered the store, purchased one (even though it was not the ideal one I wanted due to the pushing in front of me) I then walked out and the security guard spoke to me again saying, “see you still got one.” I did not have the energy to argue as he’d offended me so much the time before, but it just shows how he thinks it’s acceptable to allow people to push in - clearly taken a payment from the gang of men previously to turn a blind eye.

      I’d give no stars if I could. Not just one time, multiple and I’ve had enough. I have been to both Covent Garden and Bond Street, queuing close to an hour and a half before the stores even opens to try and get a particular watch collaboration (the mission to Moon or Neptune) for a watch fanatic family member. However, there are gangs of resellers who jump the queue, pay “security” off, which I’ve seen multiple time with my own eyes and when questioned they say mind your own business whilst letting them jump ahead. Then when questioned security get all defensive, stating they’ve “never” seen these guys before whilst in the same breath turning round and saying “I didn’t see you yesterday or the day before, what happened?!”. Which by the way, ignores the ‘one watch per 7 day rule’ enforced by Swatch themselves. This also means by the time I get to the shop, all these are sold out due to demand, as they are going on eBay for over £500 to £1,800! There should be stock for resellers and genuine buyers. What I saw today put me over the edge and was ridiculous, pulling members of the pubic out in front of these people who blatantly have no respect, and getting them to prove themselves whilst being ganged up by the resellers and security. Not only can you see them pay security, you can see them giving money to these people who jump the queue to buy watches for them. Swatch if you had respect this would be dealt with professionally otherwise other collaborations will be going down the drain.

      Review for Swatch Battersea 11th December 2022Incident 1: Today is Sunday 11th December 2022 and the incident happened outside the Swatch store at Battersea Power Station Mall.I queued up outside the swatch store in an orderly and respectful manner as I always do. Between 2.15pm and 2.30pm during the queue there was a Caucasian couple who were first and second and two British-Indian gentlemen (who I befriended in the queue), myself, a Caucasian lady behind me who came with her husband and child and a Arabic lady. That was the entire queue. We were told to disperse by a security guard with dreadlocks as the store didn’t want people standing in front of their store. We all complied and stood to the right of the store near grind.So between about 3.30pm we were told to queue up on the railings outside swatch. However the security allowed two Chinese gentlemen to queue right next to the store. They went in first??!!! (Unbeknownst to the security, a friend spoke to them asking how they got to the front of the queue. They responded. “I came yesterday”. The importance of this will be explained later)I protested as to why. The Arabic lady also asked why the Chinese gentlemen were served as they were “behind her this morning”. I was served and bought a Saturn. I later found out that the two Chinese gentlemen both got Mercury’s. One of the Indian Gentlemen mentioned earlier and myself both wanted Mercury’s and were denied due to the corruption of this security guard.Clearly irritated, I went to discuss with my friend who spoke to those Chinese gentlemen to the left of the store. The Other security guard, came over to remonstrate with me that: “Those two Chinese guys came yesterday and have been here since the morning” and “the CCTV will show everything” accompanied with a dismissive wave of the hand...Well......Firstly, Unknown to him, I was also present yesterday at around 2.00pm-3.00pm. Had a very friendly discussion with the manager of the colour I need to complete my collection and when that colour may come out. I was present and I didn’t buy anything. The CCTV will most definitely confirm that!!!Secondly, where in the Swatch policy does it claim because someone came the day before that they are entitled to queue barge past people??Thirdly, the manner in which a security guard leaves his post to run up on customers in an aggressive manner is highly unprofessional. I have queued up many times and met some of the other Swatch security who are extremely professional and explain instructions in a cordial manner. Lastly, if he was in the right, why would he need to remonstrate with in the first place? Clearly because he knew he lied and there was evidence contradicting his statement.I have far more to write but this is but another incident in a long list of incidents. I also have evidence in which I will submit. Along with the CCTV it will show that not one lie has been told and there has been no exaggeration on my part. Rather I have not shown the full extent. I ponder on the numerous ways in which Swatch can alter these outcomes and wonder if they really want to. Is this what Swatch is??!! Corruption to the masses??!! I look forward to completing my collection and being done with this Nightmare.

      Purchased Swatch watch about 2-3 years ago but had to be sent to repair twice as soon as I got it as steam was entering inside the watch and it was keep sleeping. Now after a while sleeping sill there, watches colours gone and in very bad condition already.

      Bonjour, je vous contacte car je suis extrĂȘmement mĂ©content du service aprĂšs vente en boutique des Champs ElysĂ©es Swatch. Le service est dĂ©plorable, les arguments inaudibles et le service trĂšs trĂšs trĂšs peu commercial !!!! J’ai achetĂ© plusieurs montres le 22 avril 2022 pour mes enfants. Le bracelet d une des montres (lk343e swatch) est dĂ©fectueux et sort de sa tige depuis le dĂ©but (quelques semaines aprĂšs l achat). Je suis depuis retournĂ© au magasin Swatch des Champs-ÉlysĂ©es pour la 4eme fois aujourd’hui , suite Ă  ce problĂšme!!!! À chaque fois on m explique que c est rien et qu il faut « juste » remettre la tige 
. Ce qu ils ont fait Ă  chaque fois, le bracelet sortant quelques jours plus tard de sa boucle et avec le risque de perdre la montre !!! (Cela est arrivĂ© Ă  plusieurs reprises) On m a expliquĂ© ce matin que c Ă©tait la faute du bracelet qui Ă©tait abĂźmĂ© (nouveautĂ©! forcĂ©ment Ă  cause de faire du bricolage au lieu d avoir changĂ© le bracelet ou la montre dĂšs le dĂ©but)et que cela ne rentrait pas dans la garantie
. Le vendeur puis son responsable (qui ne voulait pas venir me voir initialement au passage.. - il a fallu rĂąler comme d hab!) m a proposĂ© uniquement de me remplacer le bracelet pour 15 euros !!!! Franchement la blague et en plus vous nous mettez dans une situation sans recours. Le responsable est aussi capable d expliquer qu il n avait jamais vu ça et que c Ă©tait bizarre que le bracelet soit abĂźmĂ© dĂšs 2 cĂŽtĂ©s

Non dicono quando arrivano i moonwhach, se vai di mattina ti dicono che la vendita inizierà in un orario non definito in giornata e neanche ti dicono se il modello che desideri c'Ú. Quindi prendono la dignità di una persona e la calpestano proponendogli un'attesa indefinita per un prodotto di cui non svelano la disponibiltà.ti verrebbe da sputargli in faccia, anche perché si pongono con una sufficenza incredibile. Via libera a resellers, zingari, venditori di rose, e ragazzini mezzi criminali. Ogni giorno. Ogni giorno gli stessi. Come sono caduti in basso!

      Seit 2 Monaten versuche ich die Moon Swatch zu kaufen. Wartezeiten immer bis 3h ohne erfolg. Unfreundliches Personal! Keine Organisation! Es kann nicht sein das mann solange auf ein Produkt warten muss und dann immer EnttÀuscht wird! Arbeite voll zeit keine chance an so einer Uhr ran zukommen. Wenn man anruft gibt es keine aussagen wirklich sehr unzufrieden. Werde NIE mehr eine Uhr bei euch kaufen!

      Rude staff! Walked into the swatch store in Battersea Power Station. Shop is empty and staff want nothing to do with you when you ask for information on the coveted Moon swatch. Arrogant staff think they selling a ÂŁ50k watch. Unhelpful and rude - probably selling to their mates who increase the values on eBay with a kickback? Swatch - Sell these online with a waitlist and save the customers from having to deal with your pathetic hype and travel time to your pointless stores.

      I went to with my sister to buy omega swatch at the dubai mall at 4pm on the 10-11-2022 ,we slept there at the mall till morning, we were the first on rhe queue but it turned out the g4s security guys have their own candidates who buy for them and resale for them,these people came late yet they became the first,they picked them from the back ahead of people who slept there since yesterday Could you imagine that i and my sister were not selected despite being the first on the queue. Please swatch management should change these security personnels, they are spoiling the image of the company.

      Swatch Palermo...pessima esperienza... aprirĂČ una segnalazione alla Codacons...mi fanno effettuare un cambio con qualsiasi modello...poi quello da me scelto Ăš difettoso...quindi loro mi vendono un orologio che non funziona e quando devo sostituirlo posso solo con uno dello stesso modello perchĂ© il mio Ăš terminato.       Una presa per il sedere colossale per questi orologi di omega. Dicono "durante la giornata". Che il corriere deve arrivare e tutte ste cagate. Sono rimasto in attesa dalle 9, ho visto il corriere che non ha portato niente. Gli orologi li hanno ma decidono loro da che ora darli, il che mi andrebbe anche bene, ma almeno dite l'ora. Non continuate a prendere per il sedere la gente con questa storia di durante la giornata cosĂŹ poi uno ripassa dopo per sentirsi dire che sono giĂ  finiti.

      Swatch Glasgow were amazing 10/10 service. Staff were extremely friendly and quick to help. I was after omega x swatch Pluto and my luck was good they happened to be in today when I walked in the store. The lady with the nice black hair and lashes managed the queue extremely well as it is a watch that is in demand. Security were very nice as well. I was shown a closer look at the watch prior to purchasing it to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Thank you for making this day so good!

      I’ve been visiting the Bond Street branch (this being the 3rd weekends on the trot) every-time I’ve mentioned the omega moon swatch the staffs attitude change, they can’t get you out the shop fast enough, give one word answers, not been helpful at all and frankly very rude.

      Very poor customer service. So i had bought a swatch watch and wanted to refund it the very next day because it was irritating my wrist. The terms and conditions were it can be refunded and exchanged within 14 days. But the manager and staff there told me nothing can be done as they themselves had readjusted the watch according to my wrist size. Upon showing the receipt terms and conditions, they still argued of not being able to refund or exchange. Similarly we visited some other branch and they had different story saying its supposed to be refunded only within 24 hours. It has been very disappointing because i have been a very big fan specifically of swatch and its pathetic. I wish they would understand the value of time and money.

      Glasgow Buchanan Galleries store Made me feel like a criminal. I asked to see the Omega watch and all of a sudden security guards refused to move so I could see the display. When asked to move so I could see they said it’s an unsecured display and I would need to stand outside the shop and look in. I have poor eyesight so this meant I couldn’t see the watches. The watches are around £200 so hardly the crown Jewell’s. After making me feel like a criminal they can keep their watches I won’t be buying any of them. Horrible staff in the Glasgow store and even worse “Security”.

      Absolutely brilliant. Initially I had a little issue getting through to them via the live chat support form. But once I managed to call them the support was excellent. I had lost the bezel which came off a watch I bought around 6 years ago (so it was well out of warranty) and wanted a replacement one. The swatch team (specifically a customer care manager called Helen) were enormously helpful, quick to respond and they sorted the watch free of charge. An excellent service.

    • Create your own watch - cheap appearance

      I was excited to see the create your own watch by Swatch. With plenty of interesting patterns, you select the picture for the strap and watch face and decide on the dial colour. As a bonus you can add text for free on the reverse of the watch.For a man's watch this is a smaller face. The strap is plastic, as is the face. Its light weight, not chunky which is a bonus if you hate a heavy watch. Sadly it misses the mark as the look and feel is cheap despite the ÂŁ104 price tag. This watch should be no more than ÂŁ50 and that's only because of the self design feature. The light weight size and feel is more suitable to a child and not a grown adult. It is comfy on the wrist, the pattern stands out, but this isn't worth the money. This watch is being used by my 11 year old child, had it been for myself I would have returned it. So disappointed.

      Swatch have created a black market with the Moon watches with Omega. With only a couple of stores that sell the range its as good as impossible to buy one if you don't live in the capital. Even if your in the capital and make your way to a store only to find a que and no watches in stock. Poor product supply chain with limited options to buy one only created frustration to existing customers who have enjoyed the brand previously. I've given up trying to buy my son a moon omega model that has been poorly managed and sold only at a couple of the stores in the UK. With under handed re sellers living in the capital standing in line and buying watches with the soul intention to resell them at a huge mark up. With one look on a platform such as Market bay by Facebook your see watches from ÂŁ380-ÂŁ1500 and surprisingly ( not ) the sellers are all LONDON based. Creating a black market SWATCH you've annoyed a lot of loyal fans of the brand. Big mistake.......

      Was super excited about there moon swatch Colab! But I see this company makes promises and do not own them. Since March 2022 they said that soon the moonswatches will be available online.       I purchased a OmegaSwatch Mission to Venus for my wife as a gift. The strap that came with it is so small it is only fit for a child. I have had live chats with the store and sent numerous emails snd they all promise to get her a large strap from Switzerland within the month. Rubbish - been waiting since the begininning of July. I’ve tried ringing the store and when eventually someone does pick up all they do is lay the phone on the table and walk off leaving you listening to all the noise in the shop.Absolute terrible service by Swatch LondonI have now had to purchase a normal leather strap so she can wear the watch. I would avoid buying another watch from them.

      Have had the same watch strap break in the exact same spot less than a year after each other. I emailed last year and swatch replied promptly and offered a replacement as I was under the 24 month guarantee, I emailed again in June of this year, less than a year later, as the strap broke again in the same spot and have heard absolutely nothing back. Don’t waste your money on swatch, their online team don’t exist and it’s impossible to get in touch with anyone now if something does go wrong

      The 19th July 2022, turned out to be a lucky day for me. I was in London and just happened to go into the Covert Garden Swatch Shop at the right time and was served by Rakesh. After travelling numerous times to Edinburgh for a much sought after watch it was there in the shop. I understand I was very lucky. Rakesh gave me a brilliant customer experience, just when I was starting to lose faith in the Swatch Brand and why these particular watches were only being sold in London and Edinburgh - a bit of discrimination against the rest of the country (North East of England). Anyway, my husband has had a very bad 2022 but this helped cheer up no end when I returned from my trip. Thank you Rakesh you are a credit to Swatch.

      Tried to purchase the moon-swatch from both london stores after being told in email that purchases are strictly one per customer, both stores on the day were seen to be selling two and three items each to one customer and these customers were happy to confirm to everyone that they were indeed re-sellers and items would be on ebay later in the day. Offers were being made to security staff to jump queues and bypass controls of one per customer.

      I need a new strap for my old swatch watch and went to their site to se what they had. I couldn’t find one but, never mind, there immediately popped up an invitation to email them my requirements. Great, so I did but then got an automatic email back saying they were so busy dealing with some new model that there would be a delay. Ok, so I waited and I’m still waiting 5 days later. Why would their customer services people be dealing with new models? Another excuse for there being/ non-existent customer services. Very disappointing indeedHere is an update.       My Swatch watch was bought in an airport in Switzerland and given to me as a present for which i am grateful BUT the winder was never connected to the watch inside so it stopped very soon and i sent it back. Toen zelf weer moeten vragen hoe het met de betaling zat: deze zou aan het einde van de week vanaf de financiële administratie ergens centraal in Europa meegaan in de wekelijkse Play-Run.       Having visited numerous swatch shops in London it appears the only shop getting any stock of the collaboration collection is the Oxford street store. Which i have now visited 4 times to be told sold out. Today as i passed i noticed a queue outside the store and joined it with numerous people including mothers with children in their pushchairs. The heat was absolutely crazy and a fight started at the front of the queue, which the shops security had to break up. As we neared the door a member of staff came out and said that was it all the watches are gone. One i cant believe Swatch let people stand outside their store in todays heat knowing most of them wouldn't get a watch and two their deliberate manipulation of the amount being released to cause queues and dust ups outside the store is good publicity.

      Ich bin nicht ĂŒberrascht, so viele negative Bewertungen zu lesen. Zwei Uhren von Swatch waren qualitativ nicht in Ordnung. Von Wegen "Schweizer QualitĂ€t". Die Batterien sind sehr schnell leer und die Uhrenbranche generell (nicht nur Swatch) lĂŒgt ihre Kunden gerne an, wenn es um den Begriff "Wasserdicht" geht. Da ist gar nichts wasserdicht, sondern SpritzwassergeschĂŒtzt. Nicht mal duschen soll ich damit, hiess es ein Jahr spĂ€ter auf meine konkrete Nachfrage hin. Dass einem sowas beim Kauf gesagt wird, ist viel zu viel verlangt.Gut, einen Wasserschaden hatte ich zum GlĂŒck keinen.Das Uhrenband musste mehrmals gewechselt werden und die Stegbreite ist ungenau, sodass der untere Steg immer wieder herausgefallen ist.Und ganz abgesehen von der QualitĂ€t haben Swatch und die zugehörigen Marken vor einiger Zeit ihren Charakter gut darstellen können, indem sie eine große und etablierte Messe in Basel zugrunde gerichtet haben. Wer diese Geschichte kennt, kann nur den Kopf schĂŒtteln.FĂŒr mich kommt keine Uhr mehr infrage. Eine höherpreisige Uhr im Bereich bis 1000.- wĂ€re fĂŒr mich auch gut, wenn sie dafĂŒr schön und funktional ist.       As part of a day out in London travelled to Oxford street in the vain hope of securing the collaboration watch with Omega. Was beaten to the front of the queue by people that seemingly go every day (fair enough). Undeterred I waited whilst other ‘regulars’ pushed in and were finally sold all the stock they had on that day. Security did nothing, maybe they even knew these people. Ridiculous situation that resulted in many people losing out and being forced to go to eBay. Either sort out the supply issues or stop selling until demand can be satisfied.

The whole « limited availability » is a true scam to attract more clients to the Swatch brand and sell their other less popular designs. It is/was a brilliant PR hoax, however, that in due time will turn again the Swatch image. I wonder if Mr. Hayek, watching from beyond, would have approved this way of doing business. For all the brilliance he had, and effort he invested in creating Swatch, it is interesting to see how business, like politics, is manipulated to sway the lazy brain of the masses.

      Bought a Deep Snow watch online. Looks beautiful and is comfortable. However, after only 8 days, the crystal had already chipped – after a very small ding against a door frame. Clearly it's not made to a very high standard. However, the Swatch store in Covent Garden fixed it free of charge, so good service there. Still pleased with my watch, just wish it had been built a bit tougher.

      Brought a watch off website as gift, recipient wasn't happy but swatch have made it extremely difficult to return! The return form is ok to find but has no return address!!! They say to email for a prepaid return label but never reply (we get an automated email saying they are soooo busy with some new style release they cannot reply - utter rubbish!) all i can think is this is some cynical way to get the 30 day return window to expire to stop having to refund!

Le ultime trovate mal riuscite mettono tutto in piĂč cattiva luce.. citando gli swatch pay che funzionano scarsamente una volta su 10 e l'assistenza scarica la colpa sulla banca emettitrice, piuttosto che il moonswatch che ha creato bagarinaggio tra imbecilli per pezzi di plastica scarsa di nessun valore.       I've been buying Swatches for years but the Swatch Moma Hope II is terrible. Colors and look is fantastic but within two weeks the wrist band fell apart. I've been contacting Customer Service to no avail. Don't waste your money on this one --poor product!

Man merkt den Unterschied der Swatchgruppe EXTREM. das Swatch Personal in Basel freie Strasse merken sich die Kundengesichter die bereits eine Moonswatch gekauft haben (fĂŒr meine Freundin!) und beim 2ten Mal Anstehen (zwei Wochen spĂ€ter) sagen sie "dir geben wir keine" (und dutzt noch, was ich als sehr frech empfand). Wow! Wie arrogant ist das den? Meine Freundin arbeitet im Hotel und hat fast nie eine Möglichkeit anzustehen. Sorry, dĂ€mliche Swatch Policy. Gleichzeitg laufen Kunden ohne einen Kauf wieder raus. Dieses Verhalten der Basler Filiale heute Morgen hat mich sowas von verĂ€rgert, dass ich kein Bock mehr auf Swatch habe und mir die Freude des Tragens einer Swatch Uhr vergangen ist und mich dies eher an die negative Erfahrung erinnert. Ein ganz anderes Level beim "echten" UhrenkonzessionĂ€r im Vergleich zu dieser Basler Verkaufstruppe!

      Until recently i would have given swatch a much higher rating. I love their watches, inexpensive to wear on holiday, all different styles, sizes and colours. I have bought loads for me, my partner, my nephew and great nephew over the years.When I moved to Winchester i bought quite a few from the Southampton shop pre covid as they started to offer free batteries for life. I was not awfully please after lockdown to find the shop had closed. This made it rather difficult as the next nearest shop is on London 60 plus miles away. Anyway i wrote to Swatch UK head Office and explained the issue and they sent me a few batteries. However now I have other watched which need batteries. I e-mailed some weeks ago and receiveda response to say they would be back in touch within 72 hours. I waited for over a week and e-mailed again and again received the same response. Still no response. Anyway a couple of days ago i found another e-mail and e-mailed that as well basically receiving a response that they were very busy. i don't understand who a company which for some years had advertised free batteries for life is not not proving them and not responding to e-mails. I am really annoyed that i bought the watched in good faith because of this promise and now if I want to wear them I shall have to spend about ÂŁ10.00 each to replace the batteries.

      Absolutely useless. So swatch release a new swatch omega. I could not even talk to someone in Perth, Melbourne or Sydney in regards of purchasing one. No answer, no call backs. Emailed multiple times and still no reply. Tried emailing swatch direct, nothing. No swatch in Perth and no help from anywhere else. If I was able to buy one and should have a warranty issue, who, where or what would I do. I own Omega and Seiko watches and thought a swatch Omega would be an awesome addition my collection, hmm keep it, worst experience.

      Jahrelang war ich von meiner Swatch Uhr begeistert. Als ich vor anderthalb Jahren eine neue kaufte, war meine ErnĂŒchterung gross. Nach ein paar Wochen blieb sie stehen, etwa drei Stunden, dann lief sie wieder. Es passierte ein 2tes Mal, also konnte ich sie eintauschen. Die nĂ€chste hatte die gleiche Krankheit, also wechselte ich das Modell. Nun ist die neuste nach etwa 6 Monaten wieder eine Zeit lang stehen geblieben, so dass ich den Zug verpasste.       Absolutely garbage.I was so happy to get myself a new watch, I decided to get a Swatch "SISTEM51PETITE SECONDE BLACK" as it's a well know known brand.I was very wrong.I got it last November, by January both case and glass are so covered with scratches that I'm not going to wear it for a night out or something nice, is just looking really bad and cheap. I do a regular office job, haven't done anything crazy with the watch that justify that amount of scratches but bad quality.I also went to the store to complain, obviously the warranty doesn't cover replacement, and also, the sales assistant advised me to do not change the crystal now but to wait to get worst, as this watch can only build this "glass-plastic" crystal that will be the in same conditions in no time.€220 totally wasted, I will never get anything from swatch again.

      The buckle broke on my watch so I ordered a new one from the web site. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I contacted Swatch and they appologized and sent me a pre-paid label to return it. Within days I was refunded the ÂŁ12 i had paid. They returned the watch back with a new strap fitted, cleaned watch, new battery and a spare strap and battery. All complimentary. Amazing service thank you Swatch.

      Visited the Arndale Centre store today. The last time I visited was 2019. After checking my collection I found that 4 watches required batteries. I was told in a phone call to the store that the batteries are free. Whilst the batteries were being inserted (I was told they were bought in 2016/2017/2018). I started to look around and yes I simply had to treat myself to the new Clear Swatch collection. A beautiful watch. A big thanks to the two staff members for all their help. "I'll be back" later in the year. A pair of sunglasses are shouting out to me.

      Received a swatch as a Christmas gift from one of the retail stores. I do not live in a town with a Swatch store so I contacted them via email to ask how to return it (I have the receipt and it is still in original packaging). I did not get a response. I then called the 800 number and was told that the retail stores do not accept mail in returns and I would have to go back to the store to return. Of course, I only have two weeks to do so!! This is the most antiquated system ever!! I will not ever shop with them again! I will make a special trip to the store JUST to get my money back now. I might have exchanged had they been accommodating but instead, they lost a sale and a future customer. Will not do business with them in the future!! BAD SERVICE!!!

      Got gifted a watch, it started losing time within a month. The Covent Garden branch swapped the battery but it still ran slow. They sent me a free return slip, which I used and asked for an exchange. I've heard nothing since and that was November.       If I had the watch I would but they use DHL, my post off them1 star as no stars possible1 star as no stars possible, second time this year DHL have screwed up for me personally and one big time for work, This Tuesday 7th December 2021 I was advised that no one in and card left, that is not the case, I suspect they went to wrong address if its a truthful statement, otherwise they cant read or use Sat Nav, our estate has O******S WAY, DRIVE and AVENUE, no card left at our house. The re delivery painfully organised for Wednesday, parcel ended up at Edinburgh distribution centre not Earl Shilton (Flown up) , tried to deliver yesterday (Thursday) and said same, no one in, yes and two cars on the drive, so are they lying or totally illiterate, now placed on hold, totally incompetent, I refuse to pay premium rate call to correct these prats errors. Chat took an hour and advised in great detail, they failed to deliver Wednesday. DHL your German where is the German efficiency! Goods from Swatch from Switzerland, advised they should change courier and not use these incompetents, they can sort these buffoons out, next step to advise PayPal to refund, still hoping we receive goods, will not hold my breath. So DHL not very good at attempting to be Net Zero, reducing carbon footprint, how much fuel and energy you waste, shame on you.

      I am giving this experience a 1 star because of the cute designs Swatch has. However, I bought two flik flak watches for my kids the beginning of 2021 and I have been sending them & their replacements back since the first set of watches came. Their warranty lets you replace the watches, not allowing for a refund. That's fine, though unfortunate at this point. I have been asking for a credit to use toward different watches, and in the last conversation I had, the customer service representative explained to me how they don't do refunds. They keep explaining that and it's really frustrating when that is not what you're asking for. So that last rep told me I could send the watches back in & they would issue a credit toward other watches. They sent me a return label, and in the package I stated (again) that I want credit to get different watches. I'm thinking maybe there is something wrong with these particular Flik Flak ones. Today I get the same watches in the mail as replacement for the last set! I call them to ask them about it and they proceed to explain what? That they don't do refunds. Again.... I know. I am looking for a credit. "We don't do that, we do warranties". So then I politely, but firmly go off on them and their condescending tone. I ask for a manager and the rep asks me to let them speak. They tell me they can't to a refund but if I return the watches they can let me replace them with different ones. I feel like I was being gaslighted and it's the SAME thing that happened in the last conversation I had with them. Okay, so now you CAN let me choose different ones, but that is what the last rep said and I still was sent the same exact watches. One of them doesn't work. Straight out of the box, one doesn't work. The reason I even got these watches is because when I was a kid Swatch watches were phenomenal! I could play, swim, shower, do everything in them. As a parent I appreciate that as it sounds like they are durable watches. The quality of these flik flaks so far has been horrible! I figured I would get the credit and get regular Swatch watches, but they are making it impossible to do. The rep today was explaining things to me like it was my fault, like I'm not doing due diligence, and like they are doing all they can to fix the problem. If this is all Swatch can do, I am highly disappointed. I don't typically write negative reviews. I don't have that kind of time with all that we deal with in life. This time, however, this is ridiculous enough of a situation and I told them last time that I would write a review about it if this happened again. I'm not selling wolf tickets.

      I went to my Swatch store at Northpark in Dallas to replace a Plastic bracelet for a silicon one and aslo to replace 5 batterie's from my 5 Swatches. Saul and Evelyn helped me. Both were very friendly at the moment I walked in to the store. The courtesy that they showed me was outstanding. I really had a wonderful experience with these two people. They really know their product very well . I recommend to anyone to visit Northpark if you are a SWATCH fan like me. Thank you Saul and Evelyn.

      I want to thank and congratulate Swatch for having such a very bad website. After having lost my awesome Swatch Sportire Chrono, I had settled on getting a new one from Swatch. The Escapeartic would be my next watch. It would have been, if the website wasn’t as badly designed as it is. First purchase attempt: reached check out page only to remain stuck at the payment provider redirect page. This is a basic e-commerce process that has not failed on any website I have visited for years- and I do a lot of online shopping. Second purchase attempt: after this disaster I looked for other places online to buy the watch. But Swatch.com got lucky, since it was not easy finding a reliable alternative store online. Back at their site I created an account and filled out my address for shipment. After carting the watch and proceeding to check out, I was appalled to see a form actually ASKING ME TO FILL IN MY NAME AND ADDRESS!!! I just created an account to prevent exactly this from happening. Epilogue: obviously I didn’t proceed with entering my details AGAIN, effectively rewarding Swatch.com with a purchase while having this bad user experience. Instead, I looked a little more around the house and, lo and behold, I ended up actually finding my misplaced Swatch Sportire. Very happy with your crappy website Swatch!

      The experience Has been the worst ever the Toll courier has done a very bad job at delivering. I have asked a full refund of the watch and 2 months later I am still waiting for the $165! Swatch response is that they have still not received the watch from Toll courier yet ! How long does it take then to get a full refund ? 6 months ?? as they don’t seem to care !       Worst watch store ever don't ever buy any watch from swatch store it's a rip off of your money. I bought their store watch and it says that it's 30 meters waterproof I went swimming to the pool and the watch was not working the next day. When I contacted the store they didn't care to try to my email to give the refund for my watch and it costs me $150 plus taxes. So right after that the watch is just plastic garbage that get damaged as soon as you put any water on it and they don't ever refund you with any money they just stay quiet about it. Good luck buying one in this worst store for the fake Swiss watch ever.

      This company and the 'watches' they sell are an utter diagrace. My watch is just over a year old, it cost approx £200/€250. It recently stopped working. Sent it away to get fixed only to be told the parts swatch are meant to supply have stopped being made. Ive got a broken watch which cant be fixed, ever and have lost the money. SWATCH ARE ROBBING PEOPLE WITH THEIR SUB-STANDARD PRODUCTS-I IMPLORE ANYONE...DO NOT BUY A SWATCH WATCH PERIOD BECAUSE WHEN THEY BREAK THEY CANNOT BE FIXED AND SWATCH ARE LAUGHING ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK.

      i would not recommend swatch watches for anyone after experiencing that it wasn't a real water resistance as they advertise, thats not a scuba diving only floating on the surface of the water for not even 10 minutes as im not a real swimmer. So the watch stoped working where I've taking it to different watches repair shops to fix, thats when I was shocked to find out that swatch watches are sealed and can't be repaired. Thats absolutely shocking where you can only change the battery only. but the watch itself is sealed and can't be opened. because of that i will not purchase or recommend to anyone.

    • Confusing website and horrible customer service if something goes wrong

      A few months back, I had ordered a what I thought was a men's style Swatch watch online and then discovered that because the way things are organized on their website is just outright confusing, the watch itself was too small and more of a women's style. I will not go into the details of why this watch even came up under "Men's watches". The website is flat out defective and had the size information buried under an a vague icon that even CS did not know was there.Anyway, I then spent weeks trying to deal with Customer service to send the watch back and try to get credit towards a new one. Dealing with Swatch's customer service was an absolute nightmare and constantly ping-ponged from either being helpful and responsive to no response at all. The end result was that I lost $10 in this transaction as I had to pay for shipping the original watch back and was never able to get a satisfactory exchange worked out with customer service because they just stopped responding at one point. I will never buy a watch from Swatch again and would strongly discourage anyone else from doing so, unless they are fully willing to accept that if a problem occurs and they need to rely on customer service to resolve, it may end up being major frustration and a lot of waiting on hold, no call backs, and back and forth emails w/ little to no response or resolution.

Eine sehr freundliche VerkĂ€uferin versprach mir die Uhr einzusenden, um einen Reparatur Kostenvoranschlag zu erstellen, da die Uhr fast 1 Jahr aus der Garantie war. Nach 3 Wochen wurde ich verstĂ€ndigt, dass ich eine nagelneue Swatch Uhr im Jelmoli abholen kann. Es war eine riesige Freude und Überraschung.     • Missing item and worst customer service ever

      Placed an order with Swatch a month ago. I never got a confirmation email from them, so I emailed customer service to make sure I had put my email address in correctly. They never responded to my email, but my order arrived several days later. However, upon opening the box, I discovered that one of the watches I ordered was not in there. The package for the watch was there, but the watch was not inside. The packaging is not tamper proof, and could easily have been removed before the box was shipped. The outer shipping box itself had not been tampered with. I emailed them again to tell them this. After a few days with still no response, I called customer service, and they asked me to send pictures of everything. I explained that they had not responded to my previous email, and asked if there was another email address to send the pictures to. They said they would email me and I should respond to their email. Several hours later, they emailed me back, responding to my initial email, which proved that they received it and just never responded. I sent the pictures and heard nothing back. A few days later, I emailed them to make sure they got the pictures. No response. It has now been almost a month, and the issue has not been resolved. I learned an expensive lesson: never buy anything from Swatch.

      Why did I ever buy a Swatch? Nostalgia mostly. Bought and tried to return because the ticking noise was so loud. Customer service doesn't answer email tickets nor do they pick up the phone in any timely manner. To add insult to injury, the hold music is some annoying jazz refrain which I think is chosen intentionally so you just give up and hang up!!

Two days ago I was contacted by a Swatch UK director who offered sincere apologies for the problems I have had with my two watches and immediately offered a brand new replacement which I received today. My opinion of this company has now gone up! Their reputation has now been restored!!

      First the watch arrived a week later. Swatch sent me an email stating that package has been delivered and it had not. I wrote to their customer service and have yet to get a reply back, didn't even get an automated courtesy email from them about receiving my email. Anyhow the watch arrived a week later. It’s for my 5 yo daughter. I must say for $50 I was expecting more than a light plastic flimsy watch. The plastic is super cheap and not scratch resistant at all! One would expect for the face of the watch to be at least somewhat scratch proof. This looks like it’s made out of plastic bottles - just cheap and ugly. Granted it works for now and I at least received the package. But I would never buy another Swatch watch again and would not ever recommend this brand. Their customer service is non-existent and the item is overpriced. Shame.

    • Exchange for faulty watch with great efficiency

      I could not change the time on my swatch watch that was less than a year old. The receipt was in Spain. I emailed Swatch and immediately got a response. They said either post or take the watch to the local store in Manchester. When I took it they had a replacement ready and waiting. No receipt needed just the broken watch and a look at my credit card showing the sale. I can honestly say the best customer service I have ever had for a faulty item.

      I bought a swatch for my daugthers birthday. She was very happy with it, but wanted another color. The one she picked was cheaper than the original one bought, but Swatch would not refund the difference. Instead we received a Voucher for the difference - all-in-all 10 Francs, which we can use if we ever decide to buy a Swatch again (in the next two years, that is). I wroite to their 'Customer service' but to no avail. It is clear that I am never going to but anything from this company again, so the money is wasted. My advise: Stay clear of Swatch. There are plenty of good alternatives out there.

There is no free returns method, which is fine, but when I've paid for tracked and insured returns it is extremely frustrating to have to wait over two weeks for an email acknowledgement, followed by a further wait for the processing.       Disappointed. Poor customer service. Never again. I bought a watch on july, 2019. It started going slow. I sent it for repair. Usps delivered it on jan. 25. It's march 5, I don't have a claim, no updates, no emails, nothing. I called today at 16:45 the employee didn't want to help me. I wanted to give my tracking info she refused to help me. Stating the process take 8 weeks. On jan. The website said 4 weeks. Mr. Rodriguez helped me 2 weeks ago and took my tracking info and verified my watch is in the warehouse but there is no claim number. I don't exist on the system. When will I get my watch repaired or any news, only God knows.

      Their price for any design of Swatch is the highest for the products, all of which you can buy cheaper from UK based suppliers. They dispatch from Switzerland, so it takes days to arrive if your lucky. Sometimes their carrier routes the watch through the EU, meaning it’s is delayed even longer due to their Brexit customs delays. ( 2 weeks and counting) I bought a watch priced at £58.00 . I found it from a UK based seller priced at £50:00 plus £4.95 for next day delivery.

      Ordered a FlikFlak watch for my daughter direct from Swatch, to be shipped from Switzerland. Unfortunately package got held up in Germany for a couple weeks due to backlogs doing post-Brexit customs checks (UPS logistics issue, nothing to do with Swatch). Decided to try and buy same watch from a domestic retailer and avoid the issue and called Swatch customer support to request a refund. Service was amazing - got through immediately to a helpful person on the phone who immediately accepted my refund request and redirected the in-transit package back to themselves. Whole experience created a lot of goodwill and will certainly order future watches from Swatch group, who have some really great watch brands under their umbrella.

      Sadly my Swatch packed up after less than 2 years, but I only found the receipt etc some time later during a clear out and hadn't realised they were guaranteed for 2 years, I had assumed only 1. By then I had exceeded the 2 year limit. Swatch customer service were brilliant, highly efficient, sent a returns pre paid envelope for the original watch and sent me a new watch within 2 weeks. Shame about the original watch but I can't fault the follow up, first class.

      Free battery replacement is great but......I currently have 3 Swatch watches. Love the brand. Plastic ones and straps don't last forever, attachment breaks eventually (2 bat changes) but metal ones do last.So I need 3 batteries replaced. when I bought my last watch in the centre of Perth city at Myer/Swatch outlet I was told about free battery replacement. Now 2 years later no Swatch shop! There is an other dealer in the suburbs that wants 25$ per watch. Or Melbourne or Sydney, 4hr plane flights away, or post, currently extremely unreliable in Oz, and would cost as much as new batteries. Maybe a duty free place at the international airport/airside, probably not open, but if it was, can't get there anyway because of the customs controls!

      TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!I really love Swatch products, I had several watches of this brand and I was thinking about a new purchase, but my last experience was just horrible. My boyfriend and I came to New York for a few days, hoping for a pleasant pastime, but to our regret, we ended up at Swatch at Times Square, 1535, Broadway. He needed to change the belt on his watch. The watch is old, almost 25 years old, in very good condition, never broken BEFORE we decided to change the belt at the store in Times Square! During the replacement, the watch case was broken in two places, the belt itself was defective. The store employee did not say anything about the breakdown. In a hurry, she put the watch on my boyfriend's hand and also quickly said goodbye to us, although before that she was very nice and friendly. We noticed a breakdown an hour later.We came to the store again, but the only thing that was offered to us was to give money for the belt, and the employee who broke the watch did not even come to us to apologize! We were also told that replacing the strap with a leather one is not recommended for watches of this age, as there is a risk of damaging the watch during replacement. But they told us about it AFTER they broke it.You can't break someone's thing and just say “Oops”. The employee hid the damage, and she also sold us a defective belt. I can't believe a brand of such caliber can treat its customers like this. I don't know how valuable this watch, which was purchased 25 years ago, but the memorable value is undeniable. Very offensive and unpleasant experience. Our trip is ruined, as is our attitude to the brand.

However, I'm sorry to say, the customer support seems to be ridiculously incompetent.       I have been a loyal customer for Swatch for over 20 years until having to use their e-commerce store due to covid lock down. The product information is inconsistent as one keeps discovering watches in different sections that are not tagged to full women or mens range. Search filter options are poor. There are hardly any photos of the watch being worn so its hard to tell how it looks once worn. After sales is even worse. The postage cardboard box used for packaging is impossible to fit the watch box back into. There is no returns label given and Swatch does not mention anywhere that returns postage has to be paid by the buyer. They are arrogant enough to request the buyer to use special delivery for returns in the delivery note. This is a brand that does not place any importance on the customer experience and is totally self driven. After two decades of buying swatches I will not ever be buying one again given my perception of this brand.

    • Horrible! Will never purchase from again!

      A few weeks ago, I purchased three watches, plus accessories, from their website. The site said I should receive my items within 5-6 business days.Ten days later, I had received ZERO notifications from them and had no idea where my order stood. So I emailed them. Several times. OVER SEVERAL DAYS. It's been over two weeks, and I had not heard ANYTHING back from them, and still had not received any part of my order. I finally got a live person on the phone who first tells me they have no idea why my order hadn't been processed because everything was in stock. Ten minutes later, he reverses his story and tells me that one item was sold out and HE THINKS THAT MAYBE that's why my order hadn't shipped. No one bothered notifying me that something was sold out before. Heck, their own customer service rep didn't even see it for ten minutes. What kind of circus are they running there? They have no idea what's going on. And after I told them to cancel my order, they sent me verification an hour later telling me it's been done but the payment is still showing up in PayPal. Truly terrible customer service. Save yourself a lot of grief and avoid these clowns completely. I don't know how they've lasted so long with this kind of service and business behavior.

      Recently ordered a limited edition watch from the website, which arrived promptly. Amazed how noisy the watch is though - heard quieter Grand Father clocks!

    • Do not buy this watch

      Product: Swatch Golden Tac Ladies WatchDo not buy this watch. Aesthetically, it's a nice watch. The inside of the strap has ridges to help keep the loop in place, but I can see build up all over - possibly dried dead skin cells. This happens no matter how much I clean it and it's not easily cleanable.-__- The inside of the watch fogs up real bad and will stay that way for hours, days even. The silicone gets pretty dirty with fibers. It glows in the dark, but it's very faint. Trash watch, waste of money.I bought a different swatch from the swatch website and it was ok. It lasted a two and a half years. Not long but I didn't have these issues. I'm so disappointed.

    • Very poor quality

      Very poor quality. I bought a Swatch of about 180 Euro. It stopped working after less than 2 years while I almost never wear it. It never got any shock or water on it. The glass scratches very easily. Swatch : NEVER AGAIN
