I used Brian Gavin to order a custom quadex bezeled pendant last year, which turned out beautifully. The bezel was finely done and nicely matte (as requested) - plus of course the quadex is gorgeous! I reached out to Brian Gavin and received a prompt friendly reply that they could set my outside sapphire for a reasonable fee. The instructions for shipping were clear, and their estimate for completion was right on target. I love my new ring - the bezel work again is perfect.

The online pictures when purchasing just doesn't do it justice, it sparkled more then I could have ever imagined and the fire in the ring is breathtaking. I've now had it for 3 months and still am in awe of the fire in my diamond, especially when the sunlight hits it. The band (1.8mm) and prongs are thick and the ring is on the heavy side compaired to everything else we had looked at, but because of that, I have full faith in being able to wear my ring every single day for the rest of my life and not worry about loosing my diamond.
